Small location, but efficient. Stopped in while staying at the Riu across the street and I was out within 5 minutes, with 4 or 5ppl ahead of me. 11/16/25

All the pics ppl are uploading are from the reserve roastery or other nearby Starbucks fyi. This is a small grab and go inside the courtyard Marriott, no seating. There is seating in the lobby though.

Staff was overwhelmed and was not able to move people through the small space quickly. Order was takeaway and a food item was incorrect.

There was a lot of people in the line but we still got our food in no time. The staff were very nice to us and very great atmosphere. I would recommend this place if you need a quiet place to do your work.

Service was good, chai latte is always good. There is hardly any seating so we weren’t able to sit and enjoy our drinks, which was disappointing.
Val Dez British Dillon cool peoples
Valencia and Jasmin British and Dillon were the epitome of great customer service. When I come to Chicago I will definitely search them out
Great coffee, unfriendly staff.
Small but less foot traffic. Ice coffee $4.95 including tax.

Hours posted physically on store do not match hours of operation. Employees flick you off as you’re visibly confused why it’s so hard to purchase a coffee here.

One layer can buy a small gift coffee beans, very hungry on the first floor together to eat a bite. The second floor is mainly a eating and drinking area. The third floor is the coffee area, the fourth floor of the adult happy drinking area, the higher the window view is more beautiful. This is the largest Starbucks in Chicago. Located in a busy area of Chicago.
