Good coffee but bad service. They get annoyed when you ask them to fix orders that they messed up. They also sometimes make bad drinks (they look right but the taste is different from usual) likely because it gets so busy in there.

I find it really ridiculous that you can't pay with the Starbucks app. They tried telling me I had to upload a gift card to my account in order to pay with the the app. It is 2023, that is absurd. They also weren't accepting cash according to the sign, so you can only pay with a physical card. Great way to lose customers.

If zero was an option I would. The cashier repeated back my order of soy Carmel macchiato and then proceeded to use milk in my drink. Food allergies are very serious and should not be ignored.
Little corner of the hotel, very nice option if you do not want to take on the challenge of entering the largest Starbucks in the world that's located nearby on Michigan Ave. Plus they have the usual Starbucks option, the store in Michigan Ave. doesn't.

This place is mad busy! And the baristas keep up with the demand. While it's a small space, I wouldn't necessarily hole up to do work or hang out, this place is the perfect spot to put in your morning mobile order and grab as you go.
