This is a lovely Starbucks :) 3 tables along the back/side wall (booth seating with a chair across the booth), a table with 3 chairs for people with disabilities, & a single table with one chair. My mobile order was ready in less than 2-3 mins. Venti soy coffee Frappuccino with 5 pumps of caramel syrup (I don't know if the coffee is better in Chicago because I'm obsessive over this city, or if they really made it better than I usually get back in LA/LB). Venti almond milk latte for my mother. 2 plain bagels toasted. Such a beautiful area around, & a very spacious interior. Could spend hours in here.

Starbucks is a great place to recharge your phone and rest when you are downtown walking a lot.Vegetarian options: I get soy or almond milk with my latte so it is vegan.

The most rude & crabby Starbucks employees I have ever encountered. They give you attitude if you ask for anything, if you say thank you they don’t even respond, and act bothered when customers are in there. Not sure why any of these people are in customer service. I have been a loyal regular to Starbucks for years, and the other locations I have been a regular at make efforts to get to know their customers. Not this place, they make it obvious they don’t like you. The hostile environment makes me question the health & safety of the food & drinks.

Went for a dirty chai (chai w/ an expresso shot). I walk back to my apt and realize they forgot to add the expresso shot. I walk back to Starbucks and ask for them to correct it. They charge me for the shot even though they messed up. Terrible customer service. Mad I tipped before realizing the mistake.

I ordered iced matcha latte ..and half of them are just foam. He dumped the rest of them and give me half. Not nice.

They are very busy and they do try. Unfortunately their effort doesn’t make up for wrong orders half the time. The other half you’ll realize as you walk away your bag is leaking when a stranger is nice enough to point out your coat is getting covered in the leaking bag juice. I walk a mile further to avoid this Starbucks. Their management is kind but completely over their heads.

Arthur just gave me the best customer service I've had in my life. This brother greeted my sister and I as soon a we walked in, managed the line and gave personalized recommendations. Arthur literally greeted everyone who walked in the door with positive energy. This dude was personable with everyone. He should be training people on customer service. Keep up the great work!!

I live close to this location so I frequently order on the app and pick up in the store! Recently when I have gone in to pick up my coffee the employees have been stand-offish and some even rude. I totally understand when they're busy, but when I walk in and they're talking amongst themselves and don't take a second to greet someone walking in, it's rude. A simple acknowledgment of a guest can really go a long way. Aside from that, the coffee is always very good & well prepared. As well as the store itself being clean.

Rude, unpleasant staff! I say hello to the cashier and did not even say hello back. I ordered a coffee and the barista looked bothered annoyed that I place an order. Sad place, miserable staff, I will never go back.

Not the most ideal Starbucks I like to stop at but it is the most convenient one since I work over here yes the staff is nice but they aren't taking the time to read the directions on the label every time I order something they always get my drink wrong I asked for whole milk for my brown sugar shaken espresso instead of the oat milk and I still get oat milk instead it's like they are to much in a rush and not taking the time to read doesn't matter if you are busy if a customer is asking for something specific then you should do that what if I was allergic to oats that could have been a very bad experience all I'm saying is pay attention please
