Actually, im not even sure if my drink is good yet. Just thought to share my unique experience as a Mexican brown individual. Yes, I classified myself because I hope it helps the staff to understand where this is coming from. I rate this location a 1 star because I did not get the customary service that Starbucks falls behind. I was not asked my name for my name, and I when passing me my order, I did not get it in its cup sleeve. As this occurred I thought to myself, oh, it’s probably the way they do it here. But no. I looked to my left and there was a line full of cups with a sleeve and alphabetically ordered ready to go. Hope this helps management keep up its standards. It’s a Saturday morning, I get it. But still

While this Starbucks has above average atmosphere for a Starbuck's, and their coffee and food are mediocre as always, this place is flippant about customer safety. I had my cell phone stolen while sitting in this establishment, yet when I asked the manager on duty if I could use their phone to call the police I was told that I couldn't because it wouldn't "look good”. Any place that puts optics above safety doesn't deserve our business.

I ordered latte but the employer give me melted latte with too much of oil inside it the employers all of them are same they are mean and rude face even they are not respectivfull at all . The employer he was so mean when I told him with rude and mean face that am not going to change coffee he saied like that after that I told the employer cream was melted but employer he saied it was melted so what I paied money for oil melted coffee even the employer doesnot like to changed me the melted coffee .I will never come to store again with bad service.

This location has very pleasant, friendly and accommodating associates. I'm always here after a Cubs game in the summer and it's a respite om my way home. The afternoon and PM crews are so hospitable. It's one of my favorite Sbux's in Chicago.

I ordered a latte, croissant and pop cake for pick up. They wrote off the money for the entire order, but didn’t give me the pop cake, they said it was out of stock. The manager won’t talk, they didn’t offer compensation, they didn’t return the money, the child is upset ? I’m very angry

We Ordered 2 sausage sandwiches and one bacon sandwich. We were charged for 2 sausage sandwiches and 3 bacon sandwiches. The manager was rude and disrespectful. He refused to give us the 2 bacon sandwiches that we paid for, and it was written on our bags that we should have received the order that we paid for. We will not be ordering from this Starbucks ever again ?

This is a great location. The staff and service are fantastic. But today was an anomaly. My refresher was so weak. There were only three of the strawberry bits and the drink was so watered down, I did not drink it. Waste of calories. I typically walk in and don’t do mobile orders. They know me and treat me well. No more mobile orders for me. SMH.

This has the potential to be a great space, in a great building and a great location. The configuration doesn't make it cozy, nor make you want to spend much time here. The service is great, courteous, fast. It's a good "pass by on the way" Starbucks.

Nowhere to sit, no electrical outlets for remote workers. Food gets worse every year, and $4 for a small drip coffee is ludicrous. Lots of better options within walking distance that are locally owned. Support independent coffee shops, not Starbucks.
