I almost stopped coming because I had my order come out weird but then they hired a new barista named Star…she is AMAZING. My drinks are always perfect and she’s so sweet. It’s so hard finding someone with amazing customer service skills, trust me I know I’ve worked cs almost my entire life. She’s a gem and now I love coming! Literally from zero to hero for this location.

I was not prompted to tip with my card, and when looking for the tip jar I was told a manager had removed it. I am extremely disappointed to hear this, especially because my service was lovely! Please correct this honestly ridiculous problem.

Why was this what I received for a tall caramel macchiato? I grabbed it on the go and knew it felt light but not THIS light!I’ve been to Starbucks all over the country and NEVER received an order that missed the mark so egregiously short. Being busy is no excuse. Do better especially when there’s another location (and other competition) up the street!

Terrible customer service. Employees not wearing mask. You have ask for sleeves, straws, stoppers and cup holders. Tables dirty. 6 people behind the counter. They need re-training. Thumbs down. Do better

Great Starbucks! I visited this Starbucks with my boyfriend to get a cup I’ve been wanting. The baristas were super nice and helpful unlike other locations. We got the cups and Denzel(barista) checked each cup to make sure they were not damaged before selling them. I can’t remember the other baristas name but I believe he was the manager and he was also very nice. I wish I lived closer to this location because it would definitely be my Starbucks of choice!
