I almost stopped coming because I had my order come out weird but then they hired a new barista named Star…she is AMAZING. My drinks are always perfect and she’s so sweet. It’s so hard finding someone with amazing customer service skills, trust me I know I’ve worked cs almost my entire life. She’s a gem and now I love coming! Literally from zero to hero for this location.
I will write separate reviews so that I’m not that person. Hailey, the manager Ja and Nessa are amazing. They pay attention to the details of the drink and are always friendly. Thank you. For two years I’ve come here and they have not changed any of that ?
The friendliest people in Hyde Park work here. The staff were very personable as they made the drink ordering process fun. My new favorite Starbucks location in Chicago - thank you!
