This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. If you are putting in a mobile order make sure it's 20 minutes ahead of when you get there... and even then it still won't be ready.

I visit here nearly every morning. I always utilize the Starbucks app for order pick up. The employees here are fast and very kind. This is my favorite Starbucks to visit.
Good place to study. The service is fast for their volume. It can get busy with the medical workers.

Closed at 1:50 pm due to sheer volume of people standing outside? I'm unsure what type of excuse this is, but it's rather disappointing to walk over on my break to find them suddenly closed because some teenagers are outside.

Some mornings it just clicks for the crew they get it right. Unfortunately that doesn't happen more. I go in 4 out of 5days during the week, it's the scheduling I understand training new ppl and adding them to mix, yet get the whole in line. I need service with a smile everyday.
DON’T GO HERE! After it took over 15 minutes to get a simple ice coffee in the morning I left with nothing or I’d be late for work. Next time they should worry about who’s in the store first rather then filing online orders for people who are not there.

Coffee was not great. I didn't even finish my short red eye. The associate was not trained well so it was a painful transaction! He was apologetic and polite at all times. Another associate assisted and was also polite and prepared my coffee. My coffee just didn't taste fresh and there was not enough sugar. The atmosphere was amazing!

The manager at this location was extremely rude when she took my order. I’ve been ordering and paying for the same thing from multiple Starbucks location for the last six years (iced water with two scoops matcha powder) and she told me it is policy they cannot accommodate that order. Even after explaining to her that I was there the day prior and ordered it and paid for it she would not accommodate me as it is Starbucks policy. Will not be returning as it’s a shame bc I work at stroger across the street and go often.

Paulie on the other hand has made my experience ordering at that location dreadful. I'm new to starbucks and often have questions.
