At least my experience is bad with this facility. Both the times, service was bad. I dont know its coincidental or not. I asked for Hot latte. I was given some sugary drink. Previous time, i asked for extra hot, it was pretty much luke-warm. Bot the times i didnt tip. Probably thats why. Not going to this facility anymore. This facility used to be good.

Rell is amazing! Always happy and the team there is cheery greeting everyone! Rell took initiative to get me some of the last holiday bliss bars. Was very thankful for him to go out of his way.

I’m not sure how to tell you this, but that Starbucks at Chicago Union Station is actually legit. The folks working there are legit. They’re legitimately nice and competent. The flat white they whipped up for me was legit. I’m a fan. Thanks crew at Union Station!

I was shocked to see this Starbucks at Union Station did not have an overall 5 stars. I come to the city for volunteer work and prob get coffee at this Starbucks about twice a month. Consistently the workers are happy and friendly and working hard. They work as a true team, especially when rushes come in when a train arrives. They have never gotten my order wrong. The management must be great because everyone that works there seems to enjoy their job. I’ve even seen them on more than one occasion all singing a song as they work. This is the energy we need. Keep up the good work.

A black coffee took 25 minutes to make using mobile order. Never buying from this location again. They are taking more orders than they can make in a reasonable time.

The kindness and energy that Liz gave was absolutely contagious. On a stressful day of travel, and strict scheduling her genuine care for customers was beyond appreciated. My drink tasted good and not everyone can master it!
The team she carries on her back is wonderful and her work is seen. Not sure if she’s an SSV or but either way she deserves a raise for sure!!.

The baristas these past 2 times have been amazing. Jay (I believe is his name) at the register always is extra attentive and makes sure he gets my order right. Today the barista that made my matcha was blended just right. Thank you!
