Had an early amtrak and Taty made my morning. Very efficient considering how many customers they had as well as welcoming to each and every customer. Coffee was perfect, tastes as good as it always does.

A black coffee took 25 minutes to make using mobile order. Never buying from this location again. They are taking more orders than they can make in a reasonable time.
The kindness and energy that Liz gave was absolutely contagious. On a stressful day of travel, and strict scheduling her genuine care for customers was beyond appreciated. My drink tasted good and not everyone can master it!
The team she carries on her back is wonderful and her work is seen. Not sure if she’s an SSV or but either way she deserves a raise for sure!!.

The baristas these past 2 times have been amazing. Jay (I believe is his name) at the register always is extra attentive and makes sure he gets my order right. Today the barista that made my matcha was blended just right. Thank you!

Where can I find the name and contact information of this store manager? This location is quite possibly the worst Starbucks location I’ve ever visited. The service is already slow but the rude employees make it even worse. I had to cancel my order and walk away this morning due to your rude employee on the register. I stopped coming to this location because they are so slow. This morning I had some extra time and decided to grab a coffee. The rude service I received from an employee here made me just leave. I’m so tired of people crying about not having a job or feel like they are looked over for all reasons except for their rude attitudes. Get it together! And the store manager of this location needs to take a hard look at this store and make the necessary adjustments. I’m not shocked the low rating of this location.

The worst Starbucks I have been to; it took 20 minutes for an ice coffee order and I had to keep asking for my order; finally with attitude, the barista gave my order. There were 10 employees milling round but seemed like only one barista (only 1 person that knew everything). Never going back
When I ordered a grande regular coffee there was none left. They offered me Americana and I asked if I have the same size for the same price as regular. Yes, no problem, I was told. I saw the barista dump hot water in my coffee and gave me regular milk instead of half and half like I asked. The most expensive cup of hot water I ever had. Very disrespectful to me and disrespectful to the brand, that barista ought to be fired. I will never go back again. Switching brands.

The baristas here were wonderful! Cheerful and knowledgeable, they went above and beyond to make my experience perfect. Wish I had gotten names, but I ordered my iced green tea, no water, extra ice, about 6:45pm, today, 6/23. The girl who took my order had personality plus, and a big beautiful smile. I'll definitely stop in each time I travel through Chicago!

Usually pretty slow, which is understandable being in a somewhat busy train station, but have gotten especially slow as of late. Expect to wait 10 minutes or more after the time given on the app.
