On average I have to wait 15+ minutes to get my drink. There have been lines with 5+ people in it and nobody at the register while the employees talk to each other about their weekend. It's hit or miss if they open at the time stated on the weekends. A few times I've gone to get a drink around 5:15, 15 minutes after they open, and the cage is still up around the store and the employee tells me they will open soon.

So I unfortunately had to call the health department on this location which is something I never do at Starbucks but this location really rubbed me the wrong way. Sad that Lucas, a so called “stupid visor” is violating health codes while making your drinks. The Chicago Department of Health agreed with my observation. See photo. Most people don’t care but those of us who don’t want someone who just played with their braids, scratched their butte, and rub their nose making our food and coffee without washing their their hands and wearing gloves care!

As a former partner of Starbucks, it’s disappointing when I visit this location and experience bad food service. Today, I got into an argument with Lucas, a so called “stupidvisor” who screamed at me for getting a top for my coffee!
I tried to explain to him that I was replacing my top because the girl that made my cup touched my previous coffee top with her hands after playing with her long red braids that were not properly constrained with a hairnet.
But he continued to go off on me to the point where the manager heard it from the back and came up front.
Please be advised that this location doesn’t follow proper food handler protocols like hand washing and wearing gloves when providing food service. Eat and drink with hair and germs in your food and coffee! See my pics and video.

Drink was made wrong I tried speaking to barista only to be told that I was wrong. I attempted to speak to agent online and they ended my conversation. This isn't the only location my drinks aren't made correctly it's multiple locations across Chicago and the baristas use the same tactic. Boycotting Starbucks I gave them enough money throughout the years

I’ve ordered venti Matcha Latte, staff give me only two scoops. when I asked “ how may scoope in there. They said four. I saw only two they put in there. The color very light.The counter very dirty at 9 AMThe staff don’t use glove to warm food. Bad experience. I should go to other store.

I stopped by this Starbucks location for the first time this weekend.I love this location. During the rush, the employees made me feel welcome. They were busy but still asked how my day was going. That's customer service that I greatly appreciate.I received my order very quickly. The coffee was hot, and the sandwich was hot.If you are traveling to Union Station, I highly recommend you stop by this Starbucks location!
