Went to this location at 7:50 pm but drive thru and walk-in is closed. No sign on door why they are closed when they are suppose to be open til 9pm.

Sitting in the drive thru right now. It’s Mother’s Day. It’s busy. Staffing should reflect that. Been in line for over 20 minutes now and so many cars behind me that can’t even reverse and get out. Waiting just to order.

Terrible staff!! So much attitude from the guy with a beard in drive through !! So rude.
Very uncomfortable not clean, chair missing bottom leg support, they wont call the order name when order is ready for pick up, they just dropp it. And you have to read every cup at the end of the table untill you find your drink. Sorry I won’t be going here again

This place is one of the worst Starbucks in the area. The manager is clearly incompetent and I’ve witnessed her screaming at baristas on numerous occasions as I waited for my drink in the drive thru. It’s embarrassing to treat your employees in that manner and unprofessional to conduct yourself that way in front of a customer. The store is poorly maintained …. probably because it seems like they are constantly understaffed and lacking even simple things like straws. I think it would be fair to expect a little more from a place with such high prices
