I love coming to this Starbucks because the baristas are always so nice and helpful. The notes on my cup are always so cute and fun. It’s nice to see smiles on their faces even when they’re swamped, it shows me that they truly care about me and they’re happy to see me. I’d go out of my way to come here even if there was a store closer just to see my favorite baristas

Our experience at this Starbucks was disappointing. The store was loud because of their music, yet the manager asked us to be quiet—even though our voices were softer than the background music. It felt unfair and uncomfortable. I don’t recommend this location.

We visited this Starbucks and were asked to quiet down, but the music in the store was actually very loud. We were seated all the way in the corner and just having a normal conversation. Meanwhile, most of the people studying there had headphones on. It felt a bit unfair and awkward to be singled out, as if we were being overly noisy when we really weren’t. I hope the staff can be more consistent and fair in how they approach customers.

Sitting in the drive thru right now. It’s Mother’s Day. It’s busy. Staffing should reflect that. Been in line for over 20 minutes now and so many cars behind me that can’t even reverse and get out. Waiting just to order.
