Very uncomfortable not clean, chair missing bottom leg support, they wont call the order name when order is ready for pick up, they just dropp it. And you have to read every cup at the end of the table untill you find your drink.
Sorry I won’t be going here again

This place is one of the worst Starbucks in the area. The manager is clearly incompetent and I’ve witnessed her screaming at baristas on numerous occasions as I waited for my drink in the drive thru. It’s embarrassing to treat your employees in that manner and unprofessional to conduct yourself that way in front of a customer. The store is poorly maintained …. probably because it seems like they are constantly understaffed and lacking even simple things like straws. I think it would be fair to expect a little more from a place with such high prices

The starbucks workers at Foster & Edens are some of the most attentive, kind-hearted, caring service workers I’ve ever met. Every single time I step foot in this location they never manage to exceed my expectations. Olivia and Ione are amazing!!

Horrible drive thru experience, didn't have my Mobile order ready even tho gave them extra 10 minutes. Always seems to have new lost or inexperience personnel which is unacceptable for how much they charge. Really know how to ruin a morning even on the weekend. You guys suck, would give 0 stars!

When I pulled into the drive-through tonight, I asked the nice young lady for a Venti Chai Latte with no whip, and pulled up to the window. When it came to payment, the cashier had pushed the card reader towards me in an honest attempt to help, but she pushed it towards the car and tipped it down at an angle that quite literally made it impossible for my arm to reach. My arm just won’t bend that way, ya know? I politely let her know that I couldn’t reach it and that it would be better if she just set it back on the windowsill and I pushed my card in and paid for my drink. Wait time was longer than usual, and when she came back and handed me the drink, I opened the drink to check for no whip (they have forgotten before) and I see that it’s the wrong drink entirely. It’s green, and she made a Matcha latte, not a chai latte. No big deal, she admits her mistake, said she could remake it really quickly, and she did. I pulled around and went inside, she handed me the drink and asked if there was anything else she could help with, I politely asked for a manager so that I could file a complaint. That was the very last time I talked to that young girl. One of the managers named Alyssa was standing right behind me with bags of trash out on the floor and was already very short with me when she asked me “just what, exactly” I wanted to complain about. “You got the right drink, didn’t you?” I started to explain it had nothing to do with the nice young girl making the wrong drink. While explaining, she cut me off and interrupted me and during our entire encounter, she was extremely aggressive towards me and didn’t even take the time to come to an understanding about my complaint. I honestly just wanted to ask about the long wait times, but I couldn’t even have a civil conversation with this woman, so then I asked her for a regional/district manager. She walked away, just kind of left me standing there. She wrote down a number for corporate by the register without saying anything, walked over and left the paper on the counter. I asked her which number she gave me & at this point I really just wanted her regional managers contact info to discuss her behavior and her attitude/approach to the situation. i didn't even really want to engage with her any further, I had just politely asked where I can file a complaint and which number she gave me. She started screaming and yelling at me asking me what I said to her employee and why she was crying. I’m being completely honest with you, I have absolutely no idea why that girl was crying. She was probably embarrassed that she made the wrong drink, but as her manager willingly volunteered information, when she left to the back room to get that complaint phone # for me, her employee had said that I “snatched“ the card reader from her and said "nasty" things. I was absolutely appalled and dumbfounded that she would say something like that; especially knowing that Starbucks corporate likes having everything on camera. Another employee shows up and the manager begins explaining to the employee loud enough for me to hear that she "has no idea what I'm doing here, has asked me to leave, and I won’t leave” I had mentioned she had never asked me to leave & then she yelled “WELL I’M ASKING YOU NOW” and stated she's calling the police.Alyssa Is becoming increasingly short of breath, she’s not thinking, and she just won’t stop escalating the situation. After she yelled at me, I went outside to wait for the police, went back inside to ask her if she had actually called the police. If she had; I was going to wait for them. She's on a power trip now. She told me to "get out" and that she had my plate number already and was going to have me trespassed. She gave them a description of my suit tie and dress shoes then went on to exaggerate my age “Oh no he’s in his forties, late forties, no no must be VERY late forties.” I met with the police when they showed up another 45 minutes later. They took both sides of the story and went on their way.I still can’t beli

There wasn't even Staff and their was a long line in the drive thru because of it. I don't think it's the worker's fault though, as they were very kind and apologized for the wait.
