Team members are friendly and efficient (drinks, food items served fresh). They also make great suggestions especially when the Seasonal menu changes!
Parking: Limited number of parking spots depending on the time and day.

It's Starbucks. The Food and drinks are the same as any other Starbucks. I also just had a regular latte, nothing custom. I sat inside and the staff was rude, not friendly at all.

Usually in here pretty early in the A.M., so getting my order is never a problem, however the music can be a bit loud for that time of day. Other than that no complaints.

I didn't know that Starbucks had changed the policy that we have to order something to stay there. Yesterday, I was there and came a brown lady with an angry face telling me I need to consume something to stay there.
I really didn't like the way she was expressing and looking to me. Very uncomfortable moment, I had to go. I understand their new policies but expressing with respect give a nice service to the customers!

I feel like Starbucks should maintain a high standard when it comes to friendliness and taking orders correctly. Today I had a Hispanic lady charge me for the wrong order. She then took close to 10minutes to process the refund and at no point apologized. If anything she made it seem like it was my fault for not confirming the order? I would think they have a system or repeating the order or taking names for orders - well she didn’t.

Veronica, Rueben, Kailyn, Leslie, Louis, Aliah, Elle, Ana, Emilia, Laura and the rest of the team are like no other Starbucks or Independent coffee shop in the city. They are top notch when it comes to service and putting a little personality behind it.
It's nice to see that this place is consistent with the service and with keeping employees through Covid and still today.

Friendly staff. But it was very noisy and there were not enough seats with chargers. The layout with the high tables in the middle isn't very inviting. I'd recommend putting a long table with access to a few outlets for individuals wanting to do a little work.

Today I placed a mobile order on Cicero Ave. I didn’t realize there are two Cicero locations and I ordered it accidentally to the other one. Anyways I came to this location and showed my receipt and they just said „nope that’s not our location“. I was in a huge rush to get to work but they said they can’t give me my coffee, only if I pay again. I had to drive a 30 min detour to get my coffee.
Where is the goodwill? Where is customer service? I’m so disappointed. It doesn’t hurt them to make one extra coffee but it does hurt some people with not the greatest financial means to pay a second Starbucks. I don’t know if I’ll come back. This was supposed to be a treat for me but it turned out to be a nightmare.

Bad drink experience, just not up to regular standards, my drinks were mediocre at best... might as well elsewhere, oh BTW, made me go around the drive thru to get in line again for a forgotten order, not cool.

This was off the worse Starbucks, not sure why I keep coming to this location and leave them my money. This is the third time I order through the App mobile thinking the service would be faster they took 20 minutes to make 2 drinks, it was 2 times that I leave without my money and without any drinks that were paid for. Their excuse always is that they have too many orders, they should be thankful they have costumers coming.
