I just wanted to share an amazing experience I had at this Starbucks. I am a new coffee drinker and had not yet explored the world of cold coffee. I stopped by this Starbucks because it is right by my home and usually has a pleasant atmosphere. I asked the nice young man behind the counter (Daniel) to explain cold brew to me a bit more. He explained the difference between cold coffee, cold espresso and cold brew in understandable detail. While I was still sitting in the cafe he brought me a small sample of each so I could try it. That is what I call exceptional customer service and he was so pleasant and friendly the entire time. He convinced me to get a salted caramel cold brew and now that is one of my favorite go to drinks. Thanks again Daniel!

I live right down the block from Starbucks. It’s a joy walking down to Starbucks to go inside a pleasant atmosphere. They have one of the coffees that I like to buy Captain and Bob. How do you recommends Starbucks at Costner and Irving Park in Olden new Park neighborhood!

It's Starbucks. The Food and drinks are the same as any other Starbucks. I also just had a regular latte, nothing custom. I sat inside and the staff was rude, not friendly at all.

Usually in here pretty early in the A.M., so getting my order is never a problem, however the music can be a bit loud for that time of day. Other than that no complaints.
I didn't know that Starbucks had changed the policy that we have to order something to stay there. Yesterday, I was there and came a brown lady with an angry face telling me I need to consume something to stay there. I really didn't like the way she was expressing and looking to me. Very uncomfortable moment, I had to go. I understand their new policies but expressing with respect give a nice service to the customers!

I feel like Starbucks should maintain a high standard when it comes to friendliness and taking orders correctly. Today I had a Hispanic lady charge me for the wrong order. She then took close to 10minutes to process the refund and at no point apologized. If anything she made it seem like it was my fault for not confirming the order? I would think they have a system or repeating the order or taking names for orders - well she didn’t.

Everyone at this store are ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Veronica, Rueben, Kailyn, Leslie, Louis, Aliah, Elle, Ana, Emilia, Laura and the rest of the team are like no other Starbucks or Independent coffee shop in the city. They are top notch when it comes to service and putting a little personality behind it. It's nice to see that this place is consistent with the service and with keeping employees through Covid and still today.

Wheelchair accessibility: It's accessible to people with disabilities and ♿️ tables are friendly.

Friendly staff. But it was very noisy and there were not enough seats with chargers. The layout with the high tables in the middle isn't very inviting. I'd recommend putting a long table with access to a few outlets for individuals wanting to do a little work.
