I brought Medince Ball that wasn’t a medicine ball. It like regular tea. There honey and lemon. I brought it Wednesday February 5th at 6:50’pm.The Cup normally be double but wasn’t it single was single. Bunch of kids working and more customers service training. FYI don’t serve drinks that you wouldn’t drink.

I love the staff here! I mix it up and go in or drive thru if I’m in a hurry. When busy I pray for no error in making my coffee, but, a few times already I’ve received someone else’s drink(I could never drink such a strong black coffee like that in my life lmao) slow days they got my order on point.

This location has lazy workers always close the store 1 hr early. I wish they go head and close it down they serve no purpose for the community

I found it interesting that when asking to reuse my cup for a refill the barista recoiled and made a face as if I was asking her to handle nuclear waste, stating the reason for not reusing coffee cups was for sanitary reasons. After filling my new cup with coffee she proceeded to palm the lid over the mouth hole with an ungloved or protected hand. So, apparently the “sanitary” reason for not reusing cups is for the staff and the sanitary policy does not go both ways.
I’ve witnessed this lid palming at this Starbucks multiple times. I believe it may be a good idea to consider retraining baristas on this less than sanitary procedure.

They don't have products from regular menu!! Waste of time on this location... That is a real reason why starbucks closing so many location. They used to something that simply don't exist anymore... And please, no fake answer, offer, understanding ect... from starbucks. Thank you

Ruben is top notch one of a kind. Pleasant happy atmosphere the employees don't look miserable and they pay special attention to their orders

I just wanted to share an amazing experience I had at this Starbucks. I am a new coffee drinker and had not yet explored the world of cold coffee. I stopped by this Starbucks because it is right by my home and usually has a pleasant atmosphere. I asked the nice young man behind the counter (Daniel) to explain cold brew to me a bit more. He explained the difference between cold coffee, cold espresso and cold brew in understandable detail. While I was still sitting in the cafe he brought me a small sample of each so I could try it. That is what I call exceptional customer service and he was so pleasant and friendly the entire time. He convinced me to get a salted caramel cold brew and now that is one of my favorite go to drinks. Thanks again Daniel!

I live right down the block from Starbucks. It’s a joy walking down to Starbucks to go inside a pleasant atmosphere. They have one of the coffees that I like to buy Captain and Bob. How do you recommends Starbucks at Costner and Irving Park in Olden new Park neighborhood!
