It was a good perfect drink for this hot summer day, only problem is.... that I found some greenish paper INSIDE my drink which ended up ruining my experience. Yall be safe out there.

And no it's not from the straw.

I ordered my drink on the app 5+ mins before arrived at the store. When I arrived at the store, I attempted to go in to get my drink and the lobby was closed. So I was forced to wait in the long drive thru line (another 10 mins) to get my drink. The only good part of my experience was that my drink was amazing and made perfectly!

They don’t know how to make a chai tea latte properly it always either water downed or really bland, not to mention their customer service is horrible and they take long to make drinks. Another thing to mention is that they’re struggling with employees and they inconvenience customers when they close the store and make all orders drive thru only. I won’t be coming here even though it’s the closest store

Not usually the one who goes and writes a review but this Starbucks for some reason is the worse one I’ve ever been to… makes me go all the way to Diversey to get my drinks from now on.

Starts off with 2 employees refusing to make drinks past 8:50pm when shop closes at 9:30.
Pulled into the drive thru and they don’t want to acknowledge you thru the window tries there hardest to not look at you and just makes you want to leave the place, in some occasions you can see them laughing at us not sure if it was about us but at least come talk to us and say we are closed but instead just ignore you while drinking there drinks just very annoying when you try to get there before closing and they just refuse to answer the intercom and/or come to the window. I understand if it’s like 15mins before closing but I came 40mins before closing and still the same thing. It’s been like this for at least 4-5 times I’ve tried going to this particular Starbucks and I really don’t think they should be open till 9. Change the times to 7-8 or something like that. There’s employees there literally doing nothing for the whole last hour of there shift and us customers would rather travel the extra mile to Diversey for excellent customer service I get there at 9:20 with 10mins left of there shift and with a smile and all they take care of me. At this time they take card only and it makes sense… I’ll never go to armitage and Cicero Starbucks EVER again….

I've gone to this location a number of times though the years. It's been great for the most part. I do want to point out one occasion where my drinks were made horribly wrong. It was BOGO and was close to 6pm. Did drive thru ordering. The girls were super friendly, it took long even with only 1 other car infront of me, and no line. Once I received my drinks I did notice they looked off. Got a Summer Refresher for my daughter, and it was hardly blue, which indicated right away it wasn't fine properly. Got myself a Java Chip which I had not gotten in YEARS looked off but thought "maybe it's the new way" it tasted bland. Like a hint of chocolate but extremely watered down chocolate. The Refresher also tasted like water. This was an isolated event which happened on Father's day 2024.

I ordered a strawberry açaí with no strawberries that’s it. They hand me my drink at the drive thru and it has strawberries so I hand it back because I specifically asked for no strawberries, I get it back and until I drive a little I noticed all they did was SCOOP it out , literally defeats the purpose I don’t want strawberries because of the seeds. I then decide to go back inside. They were having a 50% off drinks so I completely understand that they were busy. I kindly told the worker I wanted a remake because I don’t want the inclusions. I’m not one to get upset especially because I work in customer service , I will always treat people with kindness. He takes the drink and says they’ll remake it, then I get it back I leave and until I get into my car I noticed it STILL has the seeds. Like they gave me the SAME drink back. I don’t understand how it’s so hard to remake a drink and follow INSTRUCTIONS it literally says on the app “no strawberries” I gave them a chance to fix it and even then they still couldn’t do it, like it’s so ridiculous. I should get what I paid for. I literally had to go to a different location to get it fixed and they did it so quick and were so nice about it ! Avoid this location, the one on North and Cicero is the best one.

This Starbucks is one of the greatest Starbucks I ever been at.Not just because of the drinks but for the people who work there.The people the work there are friendly and they treat you with respect.Every time I go inside and order my drink there’s always this one sweet girl the welcomes me with a big smile and her eyes lights up.Even thought I know her as much it makes me feel special.
