I was having a rough morning and accidentally placed my order at a different location vs my usual one (Ridge). The team member (ginger beard) working the drive-through was super kind and accommodating and was able to fulfill my order at this location. Definitely helped to get my morning back on track. Thanks! ☺️☕️

Rudest brewistas ever! It's not hard to nuke a pastry and serve a hot coffee at the same time. They don't bother to put orders together, nor take names. They are so slow... Would never make it in a busy urban Starbucks plus they have the nerve to go on strike, when they can't even do their jobs right. It's a joke of a starbucks

Customer service is good, but this particular branch is closed very often, I wasted my time many times, lately I started calling before going there, however it’s very inconvenient to be this inconsistent, one more thing that makes the visit uncomfortable is MUSIC, IT’s TOO LOUD

Pickup order was mostly ready when we arrived but the frappe was made completely wrong. Paid for extra espresso and requested reduced syrup, both requests were neglected.

Went thru the drive thru, gave Justin my order and apologized for my picky girl's order and he made it perfect. She was so happy and that was everything thanks Justin and crew. Definitely should check them out ???

It's a okay Starbucks except when it's busy. Drive thru lines are confusing as there's 2 entrances so expect to be cut in line. Parking is also impossible due to these drive thru lines (There's only like 7~ parking spots if even that). Baristas are kind of work slow at this location but still get orders wrong.
