I recently visited Starbucks drive-thru with my husband and ordered a grande ice matcha with strawberry cold foam, venti iced white chocolate mocha, and two pumpkin muffins. Upon arriving at the window, the representative handed me only one muffin. I politely inquired whether I had been charged for both muffins, as that was the intended order. Alyssa responded in a rude manner, claiming I had not placed the order as stated, and proceeded to ask how she could rectify the situation with further attitude. My husband and I were taken aback by her demeanor, feeling disrespected by her unprofessional behavior. A simple resolution, such as charging me for the additional muffin, would have sufficed. Instead, Alyssa's rudeness was unwarranted, and I will not be returning to this Starbucks location due to the subpar customer service. I intend to share this experience on my TikTok account, where I have thousands of followers, to advise others of the poor treatment they may receive at this location.

I come here pretty often usually before I start work and I’ve never had a bad experience until today. Unfortunately, the girl who took my order, Sabrina, was very short and rude while I was kindly ordering my drink she was like is that it? See ya! When I went to pay, she said it’ll be right up and handed me my drink and didn’t say anything.

This was my favorite location but recently every experience had gotten worse. Drinks are not to standard and always wrong. When I notice this and ask for my drink to be remade, they act as if it’s the end of the world. I believe there’s been a change of management in the last year and that’s when the problems arose. There is a male superior that I’ve had to ask remake my drink a few times that that seems to always have an attitude when doing so, allowing his peers to treat customers with such attitude as well. Last visit was the final straw. Location needs new management ASAP.

This is by far the most disgusting Starbucks location I've ever been to. The counters were just filthy.
The barista that made my drink ran out of strawberry juice and she used the same pitcher to make more WITHOUT cleaning it, and then she served without shaking it. The whole place is just dirty and unprofessional.

Everytime I order from here, i ask for EXTRA ice and they NEVER give me extra nice. It’s like the stupid barista can’t figure out how to add extra ice in a caramel macchiato. OBVIOUSLY, you’re supposed to put less milk, but they don’t think. THEY DONT THINK! You’ll never get extra ice here, you’ll get a FEW ICE CUBES. THE BARISTAS MAKE IT HOWEVER THEY FREAKING FEEL LIKE MAKING IT. ITS ALWAYS BAD HERE.
It’s always a pleasure coming to this location Brittany and Joel have outstanding customer service skills as well as the others, but definitely both are an asset to the company. Kudos to both. 🙏❤️

Now if I say “can I use the bathroom first please “? Is doesn’t matter my question. You need to buy something, you need to pay first or are you going to buy something? Are the answers that I now receive….. I always said“I like Starbucks “ but now I start to think it’s reasonable come to here for my coffee. usually when I dropped off my son to his school, I came here, but now I start to think about it.
Sooooooo upset ruined my whole morning went to get a venti Ice cherry chia tea in a Trenta cup for extra Ice, in which I get often at this location, apparently they didn’t want to do it today. I spoke with store Manager Jason and instead of making the costumer (me) happy and to top it off I’m a daily costumer every morning same time same days he ended up saying No! ok, well this location lost a valuable costumer so this is why this location has a 3.9 rating maybe little things like a trenta cup for extra ice should bring this store to a high rating!!! And here is a picture that went to another location and with NO PROBLEM AT ALL!!! I was given the order exactly how I wanted because they value their costumers!
