Everytime I order from here, i ask for EXTRA ice and they NEVER give me extra nice. It’s like the stupid barista can’t figure out how to add extra ice in a caramel macchiato. OBVIOUSLY, you’re supposed to put less milk, but they don’t think. THEY DONT THINK! You’ll never get extra ice here, you’ll get a FEW ICE CUBES. THE BARISTAS MAKE IT HOWEVER THEY FREAKING FEEL LIKE MAKING IT. ITS ALWAYS BAD HERE.

I can’t believe it !!!! Now if I say “can I use the bathroom first please “? Is doesn’t matter my question. You need to buy something, you need to pay first or are you going to buy something? Are the answers that I now receive….. I always said“I like Starbucks “ but now I start to think it’s reasonable come to here for my coffee. usually when I dropped off my son to his school, I came here, but now I start to think about it.

Sooooooo upset ruined my whole morning went to get a venti Ice cherry chia tea in a Trenta cup for extra Ice, in which I get often at this location, apparently they didn’t want to do it today. I spoke with store Manager Jason and instead of making the costumer (me) happy and to top it off I’m a daily costumer every morning same time same days he ended up saying No! ok, well this location lost a valuable costumer so this is why this location has a 3.9 rating maybe little things like a trenta cup for extra ice should bring this store to a high rating!!! And here is a picture that went to another location and with NO PROBLEM AT ALL!!! I was given the order exactly how I wanted because they value their costumers!

Ordered a drink in my app usually I just drive up to pick it up today I had someone talk to me a little off telling me I missed the voice box and he said next time to make sure I speak to the voice box (mind you I’ve done this before-now if it’s a new thing and I need to stop at the box no issue) it is the way he spoke to me very insulting

Horrible! I ordered a vanilla cream cold brew with vanilla sweet cold foam and I got a cup straight up watered down expresso shots. Drive through lady didn’t even know what came in the drinks or what even was on the menu. Highly disappointed.

It was really busy during the after noon and one barista kept telling us all that the orders were behind yet they kept gossiping about customers rather than working. I felt bad for that worker named Eunice, it was busy and she went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of.
Absolutely every time I come into this Starbucks the employees are so rude and condescending. They give me the wrong size/order every single time I come. When I do get my correct order it NEVER tastes the same. Quality control lacks exponentially. I tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt with new management, but soon realized it’s absolutely not worth it. Skip the horrible experience and just go over to Foster & Eden’s, at least they treat you like a person.

This is absolutely the WORST Starbucks in Chicago. Don’t go here. They either get your order wrong, or make you wait forever. Go to the Starbucks on foster and Eden’s, they’re the best.
