Horrible! I ordered a vanilla cream cold brew with vanilla sweet cold foam and I got a cup straight up watered down expresso shots. Drive through lady didn’t even know what came in the drinks or what even was on the menu. Highly disappointed.

It was really busy during the after noon and one barista kept telling us all that the orders were behind yet they kept gossiping about customers rather than working. I felt bad for that worker named Eunice, it was busy and she went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of.

Absolutely every time I come into this Starbucks the employees are so rude and condescending. They give me the wrong size/order every single time I come. When I do get my correct order it NEVER tastes the same. Quality control lacks exponentially. I tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt with new management, but soon realized it’s absolutely not worth it. Skip the horrible experience and just go over to Foster & Eden’s, at least they treat you like a person.

Starbucks is Starbucks. Good coffee and pastries and breakfast sandwiches. Good place to read and/ or study. If too noisy, I have ear plugs.

This is absolutely the WORST Starbucks in Chicago. Don’t go here. They either get your order wrong, or make you wait forever. Go to the Starbucks on foster and Eden’s, they’re the best.

This used to be my favorite Starbucks, but I’ve agreed with the others reviews. This location is now super slow. I waited over 30 minutes for a simple coffee order. They let a new guy handled all of the orders which is unacceptable. One staff who seemed uninterested, unmotivated, and unhelpful to her team. She was dismissive and acted
as though I was an inconvenience asking about my order. Unprofessional.

What's the point of putting in a mobile order if when you get there, they're just going to start making your order when you arrive? Not to mention all the staff look like they're lost and walking like snails.

Hipster Starbucks employees are trying to take over Jefferson Park!! lol. I'm rarely one to write negative reviews, but today was my first and last visit to Jefferson Park Starbucks. Here's a summary: I waited in line for 10 minutes (btw, I was first in line); there were more than 10 employees there, and no one even looked at me. The manager eventually took my order. small tea. After 15 more minutes of waiting, I waited in line again to ask for an update on my tea. Frustrated employee: "Your order will be out soon." I waited 15 more minutes along with other frustrated customers. I went back to the counter, asked for a refund, and left. I will give them credit for a quick refund. I get that Starbucks employees aren't making the big bucks, but they can still show respect to their customers. In the slim chance a Jefferson Park Starbucks manager is reading this, here's how to alleviate the frustration of most customers in situations like this: "Hi, I'd like a small tea". "No problem....however things just got super busy, so the wait will be at least 15-20 minutes." You can even write it on a piece of paper and hang in by the register if you don't feel like repeating yourself.

Every single time I go to this location there is such a long wait. They seem to be fully staffed but not well managed.
Asking for a stopper on coffee seems to be the end of the world. It’s also odd that this location stoped giving out waters while others have not.

Parking is awful here because the drive thru goes right in the middle of it making it difficult to get out. I'd only recommend drive thru

There services is not good they Great you properly I had to repeat
my order a few times they give you attitude. They’re not polite and then you have to wait long time to order.
The girl taking orders is not nice at all and management is like not ok

Literally four ppl wore uniforms behind counter moving like they are they not ready to work 4 customers waiting over 6min to serve no acknowledgment whatsoever
