I think this Starbucks location is somewhat disappointing. The pumpkin loaf, which is usually one of my favorites, just didn’t taste as good here. The drinks were okay, nothing particularly bad but nothing impressive either. Overall, it was an average experience at best, and definitely not as consistent as other Starbucks locations I’ve visited.

When i order the brown sugar shaken espresso from here its so inconsistent.. i think it’s because its so busy and they dont have time to use the correct measurements but something to keep in mind especially since it isn’t cheap. It just tastes burned and for those that know that drink know its not supposed to taste like that. Now there’s more important things to complain about but Maybe save your dime or go to another location.

I am writing to share my experience during my recent visit to your establishment. As a frequent customer, I have always appreciated the excellent service your team provides. However, during my last visit, I witnessed a situation that left me quite concerned.
I came in to order my usual latte, excited to enjoy my time there. Unfortunately, I observed an interaction between an manager (Monica ) later found out she an district manager and one of your employees, a kind and sweet girl. The way the district manager spoke to her was unprofessional and quite distressing. The girl appeared very upset, which was painful to watch, as I know how hard your staff works to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
It’s important to me to bring this to your attention, as I have always valued the positive environment at your establishment. The treatment of employees can heavily impact morale and customer experience, and I believe that constructive feedback can help ensure your team members feel valued and respected.
I hope you can take the time to address this situation, as I truly appreciate the great service I usually receive and would love to continue visiting your establishment in the future.
Thank you for considering my feedback.
It’s a hit or miss. Since it’s a very popular location, they probably make the drinks quick with not enough time to do them correctly which I don’t blame them considering how long the drive thru lines are. But my drinks have been ok, could be the menu or just how it’s made but not worth the money I spend there very often. If the pistachio latte was available permanently, I definitely wouldn’t be complaining.

Bridgeport Starbucks is a hotspot in the afternoon so I expected it to be a long line. The police station is next door and there is a busy intersection right outside.
However I was bummed to see my cup not filled properly for a Venti drink, and the outdoor area was not to my standard. I wanted to sit with my daughter while my friend went inside for our drinks but unfortunately it looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while.
Overall I know the staff are doing their best but as a result of my experience I most likely would go to Dunkin across the street to avoid disappointment again.
Starbucks costs a lot of money but my experience didn’t reflect the money spent.

With lack of seating in actually locally owned cafes n the neighborhood,I pretty much had to come here to get some, work done. I come in,and the atmosphere is ok..
the music is a bit too loud.
I get the attention of one of the barista’s,he’s kind and smiles. I order a cold drink, and get settled in,then I realize the WiFi doesn’t work. I debunk it by resetting my device, still doesn’t work. So I then use my hotspot. Later on,I come back to ask for a cup of ice.
There’s literally 4 baristas. 3 women,1male.
3 of them literally look past me and serve the older white women on the other side of the bar. The male barista, approaches me,I ask for a cup of ice. He preps the cup with a cold lid and i Thank him sincerely.
Will gladly NOT come back to this place.
To whomever it was that was being interviewed earlier that day:RUN!
These Baristas clearly have some bias they need to work on. It’s doubtful they’re from here, but even *if they were.
All the more reason to get it together.
That Behavior wasn't okay.

This place on the weekends is a s show. To wait 25 min for a frappucino going through this tiny parking lot is a test of endurance and patience. This is worse that waiting 30 minutes for chicken at a badly run Popeyes. Good luck Starbucks if you think this experience will fuel a comeback

Every time i come in here, Every team member is just totally ignoring the guests. Not a single word. Then after about 2 or 3 minutes of chatting with each other, someone will come up to the register to take my order. Also, I know that Starbucks prioritizes drive thru, but this is extreme - sometimes waiting 15 minutes for a drink because DT is priority so that I'm there almost 20 minutes for a simple one-drink order.
This time in particular, I walked in, waited for 3 minutes while the team ignored the guests walking in, and walked out. Idk if this is a problem with the team or management, but something has to change before I come back.
