The young asian girl thats usually taking orders for the drive through is the best starbucks employee ive ever have interacted with. In 9 years ive been a regular at starbucks she has been the only one with stellar service. Always remembers my order and super friendly and nice. Management needs to promote her asap! She deserves it!

It's a revolving door, typical corporate, since the opening numerous employees and managers have come and go same differences long wait time for pre ordered drinks...save yourself the time and money walk across the street to dunkin or go to one of the local coffee shops who truly appreciate your business

This is a shout out to the starbucks store we chilled in and had a mini family reunion.
I was in town for a few days and my niece and my brother scooped me up fo a coffee. My grand neice and 3 of my other cousins eventually showed up and no body gave us a hard time.
I realize that everyone got a drink or a snack or both. But I was delighted to see my family and I realize also how cool they were about us squatting for 3 and something hrs. We shut the place down. Great vibes for starbucks on this day.
I am extremely disappointed in the service, the quality of drinks and food, and the trained barista and baristas, as well as the managers at this Starbucks that seem to not be very educated, nor do I feel like I am happy when I am leaving this Starbucks! I was so glad that customer service sent an email to the store manager about my order which was not up to par at all...! I went to go and replace the order and I could not believe that they told me that there were no notes in their system and all they had to do was look at my phone! I do not think that I'm going to be visiting the Starbucks that frequently if everyone does not seem like they enjoy their position there then maybe they should find something else to do that excites them! To be excited and to be paid is an awesome thing! I do understand that we all have our days, however, I have had several occasions where my coffee has been awful! It has tasted so bland like water and when I am tipping, I do not see anything wrong with asking for what you would like on your coffee!
Vegetarian options: There are many vegetarian options on the menu at Starbucks and different fruits and vegetables that you can grab as well as salads instead of eating anything with meats or milk...! They have oat milk or almond milk etc etc and many salads! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE PUMPKIN BREAD!
Dietary restrictions: Starbucks has many options that locator to any kind or type of dietary restriction than one may have!
Parking: Parking is a little bit small here at the Starbucks you have to be very careful if you park by the drive-thru so you do not back out and hit somebody that is going through the drive-thru... Just be careful!
Kid-friendliness: Yes of course Starbucks is kid-friendly! I don't know if I would recommend this Starbucks as being the most kid-friendly Starbucks in the world however it is a safe place for children in a nice place to throw a party or even for a teenage child or one is going to be hitting adolescence soon

This location is very convenient for me because of their drive-thru and order ahead amenity. I’ll say that depending on the day, service as well as prepared drinks/food are a hit or miss.
Many of the employees here are friendly, but there are a few that’ll give you attitude. There have been a couple of times when I received cold breakfast sandwiches that should’ve been hot or drinks that tasted spoiled. Be very cautious when ordering drinks from here because I’ve had 4 drinks so far that had long strands of hair in them. I’m not talking about hair at the top, but as you drink and get to the middle there’s been hair deep down inside which is disgusting as hell. I haven’t ordered anything else from here due to that. I’ve given this place several chances, but never again.
Overall when there aren’t issues, this location is pretty good. I would recommend if you’re looking for a Starbucks with a drive-thru.
