The stuff there cannot be ruder! They just charge whatever they like. And telling customers they are correct?! It’s busy during the show, but you can add more stuff instead of offering terrible service! And get trained!

I never gave 1* but this place made me break the rule. Ordered chai tea with points and they made chai latte and charged the full amount for it, saying they don’t do points and there is only button for latte after they scanned my QR code and receipt printed out. How complicated to drop the tea bags and hot water in? I can’t drink dairy so I got stuck spending $7.27 for something I can’t drink and wasting 30 min in line. The line was long so I didn’t want to stand there keep arguing with them. But you better spend your money elsewhere to at least get a decent customer service.

The young ladies working, especially Tena, was extremely rude. The number of the customers being served was few, so no need for so much rudeness or frustrations. I visited the same location the day before, where the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Quite possibly the worst run Starbucks I have ever been to. Extremely slow, horrible customer service, baristas yelling at each other behind the counter. Watched them pull multiple shots into one cup and eye ball how much to pour into each drink, the cup was getting reused and was disgusting. Multiple people just standing around, only one person was actually making drinks. Stood in line for 30 minutes only to be told it would be another 30 to get my drink made. Everyone behind the counter moved slower than I thought possible, I thought I was at the DMV. Lastly, the coffee was horrible! I go to Starbucks because I know I can expect the same quality coffee each time, but this place was beyond horrible.

Great cup of coffee during a HUGE convention. I'm sure everyone working that day was fully worn out but I got my coffee quickly and it was delicious.
Parking: This is in a giant convention center... there is no parking.
