I went to Target tonight (5/10/2022) and all of a sudden decided to stop by this Starbucks on my way out because I was wondering what the Pink Drink tastes like. I am so happy I did because the lady working there is the best and kindest barista I’ve ever met.Let me start with the smallest thing - When people hear my name, they normally assume that it starts with a “G” because that’s a more common way to spell it in this country. And to be honest, I don’t remember a single time when a Starbucks barista got it right and I’ve accepted it. I’ve been walking around holding a cup with a name that’s not mine since I started drinking coffee. Tonight, when I walked out of the door, I noticed that there was a big, really big “J” written over a faintly written “G”. I assumed that she noticed my name from the scanned Starbucks card and had the decency to correct the spell on the cup. This put a big smile on my face.Then I turned the cup around and saw a bigger surprise - an adorable drawing and a lovely message that says “Hope this drink cools ya down”. My heart melted. This cup is going to my bookshelf instead of recycling bin.Furthermore, when I looked up this location on Google to write this review, I noticed that they were supposed to be closed 20 minutes BEFORE I walked to the counter and asked “are you still open?” Yet she welcomed me warmly, and prepared my drink with care.Dear barista lady - I wish i got your name, and noticed all those nice things you did for me before walking out of the store so I could thank you in person 2 hours ago. Thank you for making my day!

Horrible service when they made my drink wrong called in manager said come back tomorrow bo problem get back the next day and they wanted to act like they didn't have my name from previous manager new manager stated that's not how it works won't do it again then she messed up my drink so I just gave them back drink and got refund rather spend my money with workers that appreciate you for choosing their location and pay attention enough to make drinks right maybe less take and more work
