I am so disappointed in the service at this location. Been here multiple times and even with a friend. I know we all have bad days but I noticed that I do not get spoken to like other customers no good morning or thank you. And today my sandwich seem like it was crumpled and thrown in the bag. I'll be taking my money elsewhere.

The audacity. I’m standing in front of you, and I’m asked if I have the app. They took longer to tell me off for not using the app than it would have taken to ask me for my drink order. Went next door to Do-Rite and was greeted pleasantly by someone who was very happy to chat me up while taking my order. Do better Starbucks Corp.

We ran in here to get coffee this morning, you have to order through the app but our coffee was ready within 3 minutes! Highly recommend!!

ALWAYS missing items from my delivery orders. I have to constantly call Starbucks support for a refund. Pay attention otherwise you’re STEALING people’s money! Next time I’m driving there to personally talk to both the manager and whoever puts these orders together.

Stupid that it is a mobile only pick up but google doesn’t specify that.
Annoying phone ordering only. Bad attitude when I inconvenienced him to add sugar and add cold milk to cool it down. He pointed out that the order didn't ask for extra room, but they don't have half and half out and when I asked for it he told me they're not a cafe. Worst experience I've ever had at a Starbucks, wouldn't go here again. Cleaned up my spill myself and he was too inconvenienced to throw away the napkin for me, I should have left the mess for him.
