Annoying phone ordering only. Bad attitude when I inconvenienced him to add sugar and add cold milk to cool it down. He pointed out that the order didn't ask for extra room, but they don't have half and half out and when I asked for it he told me they're not a cafe. Worst experience I've ever had at a Starbucks, wouldn't go here again. Cleaned up my spill myself and he was too inconvenienced to throw away the napkin for me, I should have left the mess for him.

Rude staff. I get it they are short handed but still didn’t have to give attitude and make a person feel stupid for not knowing it was a pick up Starbucks, please hire better employees.

UPDATE 2023: Just go in and place an order if you didn’t have the chance to place an online order. They changed policy since this review and they let you place the order insider.Original 2022: I didn’t initially care that it was online orders only, but when it was half an hour before closing, it wouldn’t let me place an order. It let me reload my Starbucks card, but The moment my card was charged, the app informed me that it is no longer taking orders. So I decided to go walk to it since it was right around the corner from my job anyway, they were open but not taking orders. It really struck a nerve with me. Why are you even saying are open if you’re not taking orders?
This location is only order ahead. My food and drinks are always ready on-time or early! I find that the order ahead makes it really efficient.

It's a starbucks. Nothing new except the inconvenience of not having indoor space anymore. Most locations seem are trying to avoid having additional contact with customers or cutting costs by downsizing.Make sure to order before arriving as this place has also made it mandatory to pre-order

Every single employee has always greeted me with a smile on their face and has made me feel welcomed while i'm briefly inside picking up my order. While this is just a pick-up only location, they are always making sure you're taken care of relatively fast.
