Sharon was very kind and considerate, they were short staffed and closed due to this but mobile orders can only be turned off by a manager and she did everything she could to right my situation since I ordered ahead as an airport employee and didn’t check physically if they were open first.

The service that I received at the O'Hare Airport United Airlines Terminal 1 Starbucks by the center passage over to the C concourse was great. I was helped quickly and my drink was made right. Good overall experience!
