She did not give me enough pink cold foam and I asked her to add more and she didn’t want too because she already added some.

WORST STARBUCKS IN EXISTENCE! They need an entirely new management team. Never seen anything this bad before. From offering refunds to people who want a Venti water instead of a Grande water (“we only do grande sorry”) to just being extemely petty over everything. This is a very bad example for the company and it needs to be closed or staff replaced. I went to grab a quick brew before catching the train and the barista lies and says “oh we’re only doing mobile orders right now.” Since when!? And again, its basic cup of coffee I requested. Just awful.

Every visit is always a bad experience order 20 minutes in advance still wait just to get the wrong drink or get a cup half fill in when I pay for full also there's no friendly service

I enjoy going to the Starbucks in Block 37! I'm always greeted with a smile and even the Manager, Dalton, goes out of his way to make sure every customer is noticed, serviced and satisfied. He does this consistently with a smile. It's a nice to experience this level of customer service and it's truly appreciated. Dalton also has a professional crew working alongside him and it makes a difference. When I occasionally interact with Tammy, it's always a pleasant exchange. And to top it off - my coffees or drinks are ALWAYS DELICIOUS!

I could tell the staff were in a rough mood and I understand that feeling as someone who works a similar job, however the cafe was mostly empty, with one other customer before me and two employees. I asked for a grande iced matcha latte and strawberry cold foam. Every time I order this drink, the pink from the cold foam is always very prominent, my cold foam today was a shade away from being white.. I brought this to the baristas attention but they explained my cold foam was in there.. I still couldn’t taste any strawberry flavor in my drink. I wasn’t in a good mood already and I didn’t want to take that out on the staff.. I walked away without arguing further, however not worth spending $8 for a regular matcha latte..

The staff is rude, constantly yelling at each other, and telling the customers that they’re 25 to 30 minutes behind. Major staffing issue that needs to be addressed at a really busy location. Who’s the manager?

I agree with the previous reviewer's message that this is probably the worst Starbucks in the area in terms of service. I came here at around 3pm and the staff was indifferent and lazy, it was a horrible experience.

Most expensive Starbucks I have ever seen in Chicago. I get a Venti vanilla latte almost anywhere for $6.98 in the Loop. This place is a grande for $7.77 and they fall back on the excuse that it is not corporate owned. This location is gonna cost you a lot more money to go to.

If I could give half a star I would. ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE SERVICE! The lady just tossed my bacon egg and gouda sandwich in the bag any kind of way. As I placed my order the gentlemen could not stop looking on his phone as he responded to a text message. I ordered the new small Summer Blueberry lemonade Refresher full of ice barely enjoyed the drink. I had a gift card and decided to use it this morning, NEVER AGAIN! Very incompetent and unprofessional workers at the BLOCK 37 LOCATION!
