Today, I was under a lot of pressure and stress. I had the honor and responsibility of ensuring coffee was available for a very important politician at a staff meeting. I ordered two traveler coffees ahead of time online. When I arrived at Starbucks, I met a young man named William, who was working alone. He was incredibly professional and hardworking. Despite the traffic coming into the store, he made sure I got my coffee on time for an 8 a.m. meeting.

William handled everything like a superhero. He made sure I had everything I needed and even checked if I could manage the bags. He was smart, kind, and gracious. I want to commend him for his dedication and professionalism. Thank you, William, for all your help this morning, and most of all, for being on time for work, especially considering the rest of the staff wasn't there to assist you. Had it not been for you, my morning could have been a disaster. This young man deserves a raise.

This may be the worst Starbucks! Very incompetent folks working here and a lot of restrictions. Always mess up orders. If you decide to order here, check your order before you leave. They are that bad here!

They suck since not allowing you to do your own cream. The server was unfriendly and clearly resented me for asking for a specific amount of cream in my traveller mug. Then she didnt add enough, but it wasnt worth asking for more. Too bad, since the location is actually spacious and wasn't too busy. Could have been a good experience. šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø

Your staff is VERY RUDE… get upset when they are corrected on a wrong order which was very simple. I don’t know the one guys name but the Rude associate with the buns truly will hurt your business. Also the other associate Eric did nothing but complain in front of customers about other customers. These people need training on RESPECT!!! Or don’t work if you can’t do your job. Stop complaining it makes you look like a child.

So I hope I don’t seem petty but, the white guy behind the counter for the first time in my Starbucks life as a customer charged me for something that was free.

As you can see from the receipt, performed an override transaction from ā€œ0.00ā€ to ā€œ0.22ā€.

I have never been charged for a cup of water in any Starbucks in any state I have been in. Was this racist? What do you all think?

Order is only correct half of the time and the NEVER have ANYTHING. Always out of all of the food besides pastries, always out of holiday drinks, never update the app besides to add things they don't have. Walked here this morning and they only have 2%, whole or coconut milk. Don't waste your time, go to the Starbucks at Macy's.

The worst Starbucks in my life. NEVER GO THERE.- They do not respect what you wanna (3scoops the put 1, extra lemonade they did not)- the employee who did my order added in addition the small part of strawberry which is impossible to eat them.- The employee was a man with a hat, necklace on Saturday 18th, 2023 at 12:48 p.m.- the worst employee, I waited and see that he was not respecting for every customer.- Do not WASTE your MONEY in this store!!!!!I will never be back there and discourage you to try this store. There are so many stores around, choose another and you meal, drink will taste good.

They charge you .25 for a cup of water while other locations I know of is for free (union station for example)
