Order is only correct half of the time and the NEVER have ANYTHING. Always out of all of the food besides pastries, always out of holiday drinks, never update the app besides to add things they don't have. Walked here this morning and they only have 2%, whole or coconut milk. Don't waste your time, go to the Starbucks at Macy's.

The worst Starbucks in my life. NEVER GO THERE.- They do not respect what you wanna (3scoops the put 1, extra lemonade they did not)- the employee who did my order added in addition the small part of strawberry which is impossible to eat them.- The employee was a man with a hat, necklace on Saturday 18th, 2023 at 12:48 p.m.- the worst employee, I waited and see that he was not respecting for every customer.- Do not WASTE your MONEY in this store!!!!!I will never be back there and discourage you to try this store. There are so many stores around, choose another and you meal, drink will taste good.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks in downtown. I get a latte here every morning, and after a while, the clerks remember what I order every day. Especially Adi, she is really nice and patient, and never gets my coffee wrong. This Starbucks is overall very good, inside the mall, near the Metro station, very convenient, highly recommended!

Don’t come here when Starbucks is having any promotions. They’ll tell you you have to order through the mobile app (only Starbucks I’ve been to that’s made that claim) so that when the order doesn’t work and you get charged extra, they don’t have to refund you.

Despite being located in the heart of the business district and between the Red and Blue Line train stations, they are very slow to fill mobile orders. While waiting over 20 mins for my mobile order, I noticed that walk up customers were given priority and received their orders immediately. That totally defeats the purpose of mobile ordering. They either need to get more staff for the morning rush hour or they need to retrain their current staff. The owners may also want to remind their staff that arguing with customers is a bad look for their business.

Starbucks seems to have lost its shine in so many places. It has become disappointing and the stock is now boring. Guess it has its followers.

This Starbucks most definitely has the hardest working staff in the Loop. Kat, Addy, and Lopez are wonderful employees that always make sure to get your order correct and to you as fast as possible. I love that they greet me by name! This is my go-to location for morning drinks (since they close at 2PM). Conveniently located in Block 37 steps away from the CTA station. What more could a coffee lover ask for?
