Everything fine with the Starbucks. I bought a water, and when I asked for the code for the bathroom a lady who was at the counter insisted that I didn’t buy anything, we were arguing back and forth for like 5 minutes.
This was pretty annoying, I did buy something, I bet the girl doesn't own the place. As an overseas tourist,I felt discriminated, because I believe that maybe the girl acted that way because of my accent

Because they do not provide apple wallet in this store I went to Dunkin. Starbucks is very bad

Hate the shift to mobile-only ordering. Why can’t I pay with a gift card on the app, and then use my credit card to cover the overage, rather than having to reload the gift card? So stupid. And I don’t want the app on my phone anyway.

The staff is not there to help you download an app. They're not IT. They're there to prepare your order and get it out as fast as they can.

Strictly an order ahead and pickup only store. First one I've seen. Other than someone handing your order to you no other customer service interface. You cannot place an order at the counter, I don't believe. Curious concept.
