As a frequent visitor to Starbucks, I’ve always enjoyed their cozy ambiance and wide range of beverages. However, my recent encounters with their matcha drink have left me disappointed. This is the 3rd time that I have issues with this location. They do not prepare me well my drinks. It’s like you are begging for a drink that you already paid for. As you can see the drink that they gave me it’s far away from the Iced Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matcha that they promote. Only in this location I have experience this and they always gave me an unacceptable excuse about it. So sad, this drinks are very expensive and the staff is not well trained or they do what they want with their costumers.

Every time I go there my drink is made wrong. Then there’s one employee. She literally has an attitude every morning whether it’s busy or not. I’m not going to keep wasting my money on horrible service and horrible drinks. This place is a waste of money!

price wise and friendly and convenient location good location for alot of people especially people that live in the neighborhood good parking lot
It’s getting worse each time I go
The pre packaged salads are wilting, there are gnats/fruit flies by the produce (tomatos) and the meats are always dated within a day or two. Today there was a strong odor by the Perdue chicken case. Something had spoiled already. About 6 months ago I emailed them saying there was a hair baked into the Jewel chocolate chip cookies and they never responded. The entire store is dirty and does not inspire confidence in what I’m buying.
