in the last 5 months i come two times i was disappointed both times same problem, restaurant breakfast, lunch and dinner. House keeping, reservation staff really bad, taxi service non existing. i left the same review in February 21-27 today i am leaving again the same review for the May 1-6.
The hôtel is correct, but we could expect more for the price. Especially for the breakfast that is not include and expensive, and the 3, 5$ water bottle in the room that is free only if you are a member… not kiding…

Ah, Starbucks at McCormick Center. A beacon of hope in a desert of convention center blandness, or so you'd think. Step inside, and you'll be greeted by the aroma of burnt coffee and simmering resentment.
The baristas here have perfected the art of the "I'd-rather-be-anywhere-else" glare. Ordering a simple cappuccino feels like imposing on their very existence....
