While this is my local Starbucks and all the staff is pleasant, order is correct and always clean i can’t understand the sudden and rapid decline in speed to order. No matter if you come during peak or non peak hours the line is wrapped around the drive thru with no sense of urgency for busy working a customers that maybe ran out for coffee. If this location is understaffed please hire soon. This location is busy and need resources . It’s current a Saturday afternoon and i am waiting in the drive thru line for over 15 mins

i love starbucks but these baristas keep on messing up the drinks. like starbucks is pricey as is, but they just don’t listen. I ordered a mobile order and they either put too much ice when i ask for light ice, and if i ask for my usual order they don’t put in strawberries or make the drink right. i don’t know why this starbucks does it.

Order ahead takes way too long. Plan for any order to take 10-20 minutes even when ordered ahead. Employees have no customer service…just prefer to put heads down and not talk or attend to customers. Go to touhy/mccormick…customer service is great and always fast order times!!!

This is my go-to Starbucks bc it’s so close to my job on Howard & Ridge, but they forgot to put bacon on my double SMOKED BACON sandwich. I never had this happened before. That’s why im giving it 3 stars. My drink is always top tier. 😚🤌🏼

The bearded Guy did it again. I've seen other reviews about a guy working around 6pm who's very rude.
I've wanted him to help with a question. He just rolled his eyes and told me to go to the cashier and place my order there, he wasn't listening. I told him that I only have a question about my order. He just ignored me and walked away.

I guess good service is not part of the Starbucks brand anymore.

Employee didn’t know what things on the menu were and wasn’t even able to ring me up after 5+ minutes trying, gave up and rang up wrong and overcharged me.
Was rude about it too.

I iust ordered a basic thing on the drive thru menu.

I bought the spinach sandwich from there it was bitter and taste horrible plus the workers there weren't the best because i was trying to get the passcode for the restroom and i kept wait for someone to give it to me cuz i lost my receipt , at the end i couldn't finish my homework there.

I would like to give this place a negative 5 star ... just for customer service with the GENTLEMAN WITH THE BEARED that was working drive thru window around 6:50pm today . Very rude. Felt rushed with my order , the gentleman rolled his eyes and slammed the the window on me before cashing me out . Inconsiderate, rude someone needs to give him classes in customer service or something.
