I had to leave this review. Nieja and Daisy were outstanding baristas. I stopped in to have a white chocolate macchiato. First Daisy walked me through my options, with patience, because I am lactose. Great drink, by the way. Nieja, for my second drink, recommended a similar coffee. That was perfect as well. The music, ambiance, and hospitality while I finished my 2 hour homework assignment was perfect. Great job!

I FEEL LIKE THE CLIENT EXPERIENCE NEED MORE IMPROVEMENT, ALSO THE DRINKS NEVER ARE FILL ALL THE WAY THERES ALWAYS LOT EXTRA ROOM SOMETIMES THEY GIVE ME A GRANDE INSTEAD OF VENTI THIS IS CONSTANTLY HAPPENING THATS WHY MAKING THIS NOTE OTHER THAN THAT REALLY LIKE IT HERE 8/10

Laughing to death! I went to collect wool today and ordered a cup of free iced coffee. I thought about going to the self-service counter to add some milk, but the bottle was empty. I told the lady at the cashier that I needed to replenish it. She said they didn't have that milk anymore. I originally wanted to go home and add some myself, but the eldest sister’s attitude was really unpleasant. Can’t you afford it?
