Horrible experience!
Ordered an iced sugar free protein latte but got billed for iced cafe latte. Waited for a long time and barista just never came back, decided to just pick what he has made but even that it wasn’t sugar free vanilla and ended up throwing it away ! Disappointed and lost my money! worst

This small Starbucks inside Macy’s is a great option: friendly service, clean space, and quick attention. If you’re shopping here, it’s one of the most convenient choices in the area and a nice spot to take a break.

Miserable service, looks like downtown job is not for everyone, despite the fake smile.

I don’t know how to put no stars but the service here was horrible. I just wanted some water and they insisted I bought something so I asked if I could buy a cup and he said he can’t even do that.

I had great experience! I've been there a couple of times. Rudy prepares an excellent coffee always with the best ingredients: kindness and smile! Thank you!

Came in to charge my phone after a long day and unwind and decide on what I’d order and was approached about ordering feeling harassed due to my skin color. Sad that Starbucks has been reduced to this there never used to be any pressure to order at Starbucks. Hardly any places to sit and charge your phone downtown Chicago as it is understandably so with the vagrants and problem causers however if someone is minding their business and not causing a hassle what is the problem? Just because I’m black with dreadlocks doesn’t mean I should be harassed about ordering something. I seldom go to Starbucks anymore as it is, and after such treatment I doubt I’ll return because Dunkin is cheaper and better. If I do? It won’t be this location. I used to love Starbucks too. Sad.

Very packed, but compensated by great looks and atmosphere. Good variety of options to choose from, too.

My friend and I came to Chicago on vacation. We visited this Starbucks on the morning of Saturday, February 15th. The staff who assisted us were super kind. Thank you. :)

All staff acknowledged me with a smile and greeting as I entered. The place was tidy, organised and had a relaxed vibe. I was actually feeling pretty sad about a recent loss and when I ordered my sandwich and latte the girl who took my ordered was so friendly to me it actually helped lift my spirits a little. I’m glad I walked into this Starbucks as opposed to any of the three other ones that were across the street. Thanks for brightening my day guys.

5/5 for me.. great environment that feels cozy to get your work done. Only reason why im not giving it a 5 star, is because my pink drink needed less coconut and more açaí base. Other than that, good job guys !

Stopped into This starbucks to charge my phone. Was low on juice and in a city I don't know anything about...just on vacay. Tonja the cashier is a sweetheart. She is looking after store inventory. Wiping tables Down. And always greeting the customers regardless if they greet back. You go Tonja! I hope your job sees the effort you put in. Thanks for making my first few hours in this city comfortable and clean as well.

There’s only ever 3 people in here in the middle of downtown. It takes 30 minutes in the morning to make an order. I don’t know why they don’t hire more people. It’s so stupid. Other Starbucks have 4-6 people working on the morning and this is in the middle of the Loop. There’s 10 people here not getting their coffee before they have to go to work.
