Stopped into This starbucks to charge my phone. Was low on juice and in a city I don't know anything about...just on vacay. Tonja the cashier is a sweetheart. She is looking after store inventory. Wiping tables Down. And always greeting the customers regardless if they greet back. You go Tonja! I hope your job sees the effort you put in. Thanks for making my first few hours in this city comfortable and clean as well.

There’s only ever 3 people in here in the middle of downtown. It takes 30 minutes in the morning to make an order. I don’t know why they don’t hire more people. It’s so stupid. Other Starbucks have 4-6 people working on the morning and this is in the middle of the Loop. There’s 10 people here not getting their coffee before they have to go to work.
What is it with the staff at these places being so incredibly rude? There were 2 people taking orders and only 1 making drinks. So, it was taking soooooooo incredibly long for people to get their drinks. We waited like 20+ minutes and they made it wrong and had to remake it. Not a great experience because of the staff...

The worst starbucks ever. The barista at this store around 12-1pm is the most unprofessional one ever. They make drinks how they want you to have them they never get any of my orders right. I will not come back here because everytime i’ve came here i’ve needed a refund.

I purchased water for 75 cents, but the waiter did not give me the restroom code, stating I had to buy something else. I find the waiters at other stores respectful, but this was a bad experience at this store.

15 minutes for a coffee cake
I have no idea where to even begin. Let me say that I drink Starbucks coffee 3-4 times a day, most days. I have visited this location on a few occasions while shopping at Macy's. Most recently, I stopped in to order a coffee and use the restroom. When I asked for the code to the restroom, the barista wouldn't give me the code until AFTER I get my order. He was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional to say the least. I will NEVER visit this location ever again. And yes, I did demand a refund on my order because I refuse to give them business. I do not recommend this location and I'm not surprised to see other people have posted similar negative experiences at this location.

They need to check the Mobile Ordering system at this store. Every time I order here, there's always an issue (I've never had an issue with the app at any other locations).
Nice and clean, solid employees, and my coffee was good.
Kid-friendliness: They don’t seem to dislike kids.
