You cannot order ahead with the Starbucks card, you have to have a gift card to order ahead. When I showed up and ordered in person; The woman taking my order seemed like she did not want to help me. She put in my order and I scanned for points; I went to tap and she continued to say “you’re messing up my system, don’t pull your phone back” I tried 3 times and let her know “I don’t think it’s me messing up your system; I can just insert my physical card”. This comment offended her, she avoided eye contact and went in the back to gossip about our interaction to her co-workers. The younger woman who came out to make my drink let my shots sit and my coffee was about as bitter as the person helping me. This is very sad to experience. I only leave reviews if I feel like I need to & I would strongly suggest walking further down to a better location.

Service is so bad, mainly if you want to it delivered, which I would highly advise against. Normally I can wait for a 10-20 min delay, but it’s getting ridiculous. 1 full hour after ordering to fulfill an order of 3 drinks?

Love Starbucks and the place itself was nice and clean but one of the baristas kept scraping excess foam off drinks and pressing her whole hand down on the sip lids bare handed. So gross, never known a place where it is okay to touch people’s food and drink with your barehands. Also forgot my sandwich.

Absolutely horrible. The staff seem confused and like they don’t know what’s going on. The drinks are terrible and if they don’t get new staff in there ASAP they are doomed. Send help!!!I came in on 09/09 at 10:45am.

I’m so sorry I didn’t ask for your name but there is a lovely woman who was working today. She went out of her way to be kind and that deserves to be recognized! She also made a super refreshing drink. Keep it up!Update Serina is also a gem! Much needed laughs and positivity on a hectic Tuesday

Sure...the people here are nice but if you are looking for a good iced coffee I recommend another Starbucks. I am a long time iced coffee drinker and this new Starbucks tends to put too much ice in their iced coffee when they prepare it. I got one around 6:30 am that was already too watered down.It's happening at every Starbucks I frequent, by work and by my home. I don't think they understand that when ice melts it becomes water. They are adding too much ice when they prepare their batches. Starbucks needs to train their new workers better. Starbucks needs to tell their stores to stop adding so much ice when preparing batches of iced coffee. I am not paying for brown iced water with sugar in it.

Today's the opening day! ?Per staff, the app has been having trouble at this location, but it is being worked on. Please don't be that person who takes it out on staff when tech is having problems.Everyone is so nice! ☕

The baristas already know my drink and (so far) no l-o-n-g lines like some other Starbucks in the area. Everyone is very friendly!
