This is my favorite Starbucks location! I always order the same drink and they make it perfectly every time. The consistency and service here are great — thank you! 🍓

First time coming . I was refused services because I only had a 100 dollar bills for a large latte and because the store didn’t have change I was not able to get service . I will never come here again ! That was the dumbest thing I ever heard
The lady that works there, Michelle was impatient and a little rude. Handed me a hot coffee when I had asked for a cold one, I said its ok, accidents happen. Then she hands me a cold one, I confirmed with her no sugar. I drove away then find out it was not was I ordered. Sugar galore. She just needs to be more patient and listen to the customers.

The employee Atticus (gay guy with colored contacts) was passive aggresive and rude when I asked about prices that I didnt know had recently changed. The rest of the staff are nice and the manager Jasmine is very understanding.
When i order inside im out in 10 minutes or less coffee is good and staff is good as well
I go to Starbucks almost everyday. Different once through out the city. This Starbucks was one of the best I have been too. They were polite, made sure to get every detail of my order correct. My drink was made perfectly. The lady at the window was very nice. 5 stars all around. Wait was a little long to get to the window, but there was a small line in front of me.

It’s the little things that make my day—like the uplifting messages on my coffee cup. Especially this morning, when I was approximately one yawn away from hibernation. Today’s message gave me the pep talk I didn’t know I needed! Keep ’em coming, caffeine wizards! Big shoutout to the early morning crew—y’all are out here brewing joy and saving lives, one cup at a time!
Manager was very rude through the drive thru having attitude screaming and giving us the wrong order made us wait 15 more minutes for a drink

I'm here at Starbucks it's 8:18 and I was at the drive thru at 8:10. I drove up to the window and they said there close. If you close at 8pm then have it corrected but if your closed at 830 that's what it would be instead of having me rush to this location on north Ave by cicero.
We are new to the neighborhood and this is now our local Starbucks so we would really want the service of the store to improve. Today, jul 24, we went to the store at 8:00pm and turns out the doors were locked already when the app says they close at 8:30pm. We also reached out to corporate thorugh the app for them to take action. I advise people having issues to so do the same as its the only way for things to change

Owner should take action with the lazy employees. They are closing the store earlier than what google says. ? at 8 pm the store is close when Google says this location "closes at 8.30pm"
