I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at this Starbucks location. I asked for a cup of water, which is a basic courtesy in most food and beverage establishments, especially when you’re a paying customer or just in need on a hot day. To my surprise, I was told they wouldn’t provide one.

This felt unnecessary and unwelcoming. I’ve been to many Starbucks stores across the city and have never had this issue before. It left a bad impression and doesn’t reflect the level of service I’ve come to expect from this brand. I hope management reconsiders this policy and puts hospitality first.

It is the most disappointing in service not only this place most! They have drinks that those who work there don't even know how to prepare! You tell them that they don't taste like anything and his excuse is maybe because he asked for it without ice, he doesn't know! Or other people say Ooo I'm out of sugar that's why it doesn't know! Train your staff! Their work is terrible and the products are not free! We paid for the service and good product!

I get Starbucks daily from many locations. At this location, everytime I receive a plastic cup (cold drink) and put it in my cup holder, there seems to be a crumb layer of some sort on the bottom of the cup. The bar/counter probably should be cleaned more, and perhaps wipe the bottom of the cup before relaying. Has happened at least 10 times.

2025.01 Internet is so slow for about 10 other people on it!!

Terrible... ordered a speciality coffee.. tasted Terrible. Asked for new one. Tasted Terrible again.

No one here knows how to make their speciality coffee.

I love Starbucks but this location is HORRIBLE the staff don’t listen correctly sometimes the coffee tastes horrible and ruins your day. Varies times I would request to pay with my stars and this location ALWAYS messes that up and I walk away never using my stars and always paying for it. Not sure why this location always is an issue when I go. I rather drive a few more minutes to the river grove or Harlem and wave land location.
