Worst experience with a Starbucks so far. They’re not listening to the customers but expecting tips…at the end you’re getting completely something else but not what you have ordered

They are shockingly bad at customer service. The 2 cashiers were busy talking to each other. If I could give this zero stars I would. I would never go to a Starbucks again with this customer service.

July 29, 2024 - If you want your day ruined by a bunch of rude workers just come to this Starbucks. Ordered two drinks, and USUALLY the Starbucks I go to does them all at once. I go up to the counter just to see one drink, okay fine let me ask about the other drink, no biggie. The Hispanic lady with red hair and glasses doesn’t even acknowledge me at first and then I had to repeat what I said and she didn’t even look my way to answer. So rude, it was just a question lady. If you can’t fake it in customer service then maybe you should be working in the back where you don’t have to deal with customers or maybe find another job.

There is no Starbucks at Terminal 5 international Departures. Only Dunkin.
I ordered a mobile order, everyone in the terminal received their drink before me. I see a matcha sitting on the counter and obviously it’s mine. I tell them, they stand around looking lost proclaiming they don’t know. Well it isn’t my job!
Finally takes her sweet time to make my drink like we’re not in the airport to catch flights. You’d think if a customer had to remind you about their drink you’d add some urgency, not her. She walked all the way to the back shaking my drink, talking to her coworkers. Never again. Drink isn’t even full????

The employee who was taking the orders was kind. She said that she would be with us in a minute.She just had a put her drawer in. Then to each one of us, she said.How can I help you today. Then when she took my payment she said thank you and have a great day. It's nice when you get someone who is kind when you're just trying to order in a busy airport. I totally understand they probably don't get the nicest people.
Didn't seem like they really wanted to help anyone. There were 10 people in line, but two employees chose to make their drinks and chit chat on who was gonna get sent home first, before helping the customers. I was the second person in line and the whole process took almost fifteen minutes. Then when I ask the employee if I could have a green stopper, the worker said I can get it myself.
Wow, so much for customer service.

Placed a mobile order prior to boarding. When I went to pick up my order, they were out of one of the items and offered alternative options, even comped me two of said item to make up for not having the original item in stock. The baristas were swamped, but was very warm, yet professional.

Only at Starbucks, you'll be charged $1.65 for a small dab of cream cheese on a bagel. Service is never friendly. Maybe one or two people, but never the ones that wait on you. Wondering do they pull straws and the cashier drew the short one.

Super slow service. Barista was so busy with phone my frap became a luke warm drink by the time he poured it. Unable to get employee attention due to wearing airpods.

Terrible service, how the manager if this location does not see the employees have a horrible attitude with the customers? They are not friendly at all, just like robots. I asked for my bakery items when I received my coffee and the girl reply to me with a ver bad attitude. If your employees do not represent the value of your business you are hiring the wrong people!
