Really friendly and prompt service. Food and atmosphere similar to other Starbucks. They need an outside trash bin. Nice seating options, but the service here is really the difference from other Starbucks.

Customer Service sucks. Slow paced workers. They look like they dont like their job i was in the same location before. I patiently waited 15 minutes untill i had to ask them where is my order!

Coffee and food is as always good in All Starbucks…
But particularly that location serving personnel is extremely unprofessional: it’s repeatedly all the time when I’m buying coffee and lunch snacks there… they all the time insist to charge you a tip/s… but never even have a professional clue to input a napkins and/or putting your two or three caps of coffee drinks into cap holder… I was spilling my coffee second time today… so that’s why I’m writing that review…
I mean … didn’t they suppose to have in Starbucks some special training programs to teach their employees how to basically and normally serve their own customers… especially when you insist to giving you a paying terminal: to choose an option with a tip question?!
Or you should have PhD degrees to getting that high end level of knowledges…

I recently visited this Starbucks location and had an extremely disappointing experience with their customer service. Upon arriving, I stood at the counter for several minutes without being acknowledged by any staff member. When I finally did get someone's attention, the barista mentioned that they were having difficulty with their system.

The store was not particularly busy, yet the service was incredibly slow. It took over 15 minutes for my croissant to be prepared, and when it was finally made, the employee (white woman) flung it on the counter, turned and walked away. Another employee even said "damn girl take easy" so I knew that I wasn't looking too much into it.

Overall, the customer service at this Starbucks was unprofessional and discourteous. This experience has made me reconsider my future visits to this location, especially when I spend around $50.00 a week in coffee. Starbucks needs to significantly improve their staff training and customer service standards to meet the expectations associated with their brand.

At this place I wanted to order through Drive Thru and they told me that it was already closed, which made me angry because it was 20 minutes before 9.
Yes they supposedly close at 9.

A girl with Chinese hair gave us 3 drinks that we bought in half. I asked her why they were below where they were supposed to be and, mockingly, she said that that was the extra-large glass and that's why that girl was acting like that. Getting angry was just telling us and now he started to say that if we didn't drink or that and at the same time you see another person in the window I warned him and he did the same thing to me, I've had very good people, oh, they'll take care of me but hey, she's a lousy person to do the service, I hope They teach her how to serve customers because she is ridiculous. This is what I give for a large drink. I think they don't charge drinks cheaply enough for her to understand that.
