Regardless of someone’s personal beliefs, it is NEVER ok to mock the dead. The situation was not handled professionally at ALL. You just lost a customer forever for the way your company distaste fully handled this.

One of the worst Starbucks in the area. Expect long waits whether you are going through the drive thru or ordering inside. Always seems understaffed and the staff are not that friendly. I Iive a couple blocks away and I go out of my way to avoid this Starbucks.

I come mostly in the afternoon or evening and the staff are always 10/10 polite and super friendly! I honestly only go to this starbucks or the one on Harlem & Lawerence. My drinks and food are always correct and fresh as well. Service like this definitely makes you happy and coming back. I appreciate this location a lot :)

I'm sorry Bad service..I went on Mothers day which is Today ! Our order took like 10 mins I'm cool with that but, no greeting just the price, took our payment no thank u ...then I get my drink and the top keeps falling off got my dress wet . Lol

Absolutely horrible customer service. A bunch of goofy kids laughing and finding out when their friends work next is the reason they had to remake a drink 3 times. Asked for steamed heavy cream in my drink I get cold cream. Need to fired them all and start fresh with people that have a an attention span bigger then a grain of rice. I wish I could give negative stars.
There is something wrong with the asian girl working the drive through. Was there today around 5:30pm. Not going to type out some long message. She knows what she did, and she knows exactly kind of attitude she has. I just know working with her must be god awful. Major red flag individual. Terrible attitude = 0 tip & 0 pleasantries from me. ✌🏽
