I went inside to get a drink with my children a few days ago and had a horrible customer service experience with Madeline. This is completely unacceptable.

I visited Starbucks today and was disappointed with the service I received. The worker Madeline was notably rude. This impacted my experience and will not be returning to this location.
This Starbucks is hands down my favorite, and it’s 100% because of the people. The staff here are genuinely kind in a way that you can feel, not just polite-for-work kind. Aldo is especially a joy to see every time. He has such a genuine, calm aura and is always so friendly - it truly brightens my day.
I also love the sweet little messages they write on the cups. On long, demanding days, those small notes (plus great coffee) can completely turn my mood around. Some days, my Starbucks stop is the highlight, and this team always delivers good vibes along with my drink.
You can feel the care at this location, and it makes a difference. Keep being awesome, y’all — you make more of an impact than you probably realize! ☕✨

My son’s and I favorite Starbucks. I just want to thank Ashley (manager), and her crew (Arely, Dianne, Paula, Jason, Aldo all of them) and I apologize if i forgot your name. They have been super helpful with helping my son who is 6 and on the spectrum be more vocal and lose the fear of speaking up. I love that store, i love you guys, happy new year and sandwiches on me.

Regardless of someone’s personal beliefs, it is NEVER ok to mock the dead. The situation was not handled professionally at ALL. You just lost a customer forever for the way your company distaste fully handled this.

Great service
One of the worst Starbucks in the area. Expect long waits whether you are going through the drive thru or ordering inside. Always seems understaffed and the staff are not that friendly. I Iive a couple blocks away and I go out of my way to avoid this Starbucks.

I come mostly in the afternoon or evening and the staff are always 10/10 polite and super friendly! I honestly only go to this starbucks or the one on Harlem & Lawerence. My drinks and food are always correct and fresh as well. Service like this definitely makes you happy and coming back. I appreciate this location a lot :)
