Martin and Alex were so kind even when they thought that I was yelling at them (when in reality, I was talking to my sassy daughter). I apologize and made sure he knew I wasn’t talking to him. We all had a good laugh. Both gentlemen went above and beyond during my stop there and it very much made my day!!

Store needs to adjust its business hours. Sundays they close early like at 6pm.

Love this place it’s so close to home, but why do they keep closing super early?! I come here to study because the librarys hours are super limited and it’s nice to get sunlight but they close early. Even though their schedule reflects otherwise. The staff is great don’t get me wrong, but what is the owner doing to help these kids out when someone doesn’t show up to work.

I went to Starbucks this morning decided to use my gift card, I ordered mocha cookie crumble and bacon gouda sandwich, first let me say I went through the drive thru and I wish I got the young man name he was SUPER nice and helpful, my drink was good but the sandwich was horrible I took one bite and was extremely disappointed, Starbucks please due better with your sandwiches although I guess you are known for the coffee.

Walking in no acknowledgment from anyone I was standing at the counter and even my 5 yr old said they aren’t going to notice you. Got my order wrong and because of the attitude I experienced when I came in I didn’t say anything. Dirty tables and counters.

RUDE, SLOW, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. We just left this Starbucks location on a Sunday afternoon that was mostly empty with two other patrons with such a distaste in my mouth with this brand. My husband and I wanted a nice hot chocolate and I wanted a cake pop and a quiet place to spend some time planning our Christmas gifts without the kids. Not so at this Starbucks location. My husband goes to order. There's no one in line ahead of him, and he's standing at the counter for literally ten minutes. No one takes his order. No one acknowledges his presence. No one says one word to him. They just walk by him as he stands there like a complete asshole. The corporate branding sign at the door said we belong here, but the staff proved otherwise. He got upset that he didn't get to order anything, and wanted to leave, so I said I'd handle it. We drove all this way, and I wanted a cake pop. I told the petite woman who was busy making drinks what happened, that "my husband stood at the counter for ten mins without anyone acknowledging his presence like an asshole," and she had zero customer service skills. No empathy, no compassion, just pure defensiveness. She said, "I'm sorry but we are really understaffed right now and doing the best that we can." I said, "that's fine but don't just let someone stand at the counter for ten minutes like an asshole without acknowledging their presence and letting them know you'll be with them." Nothing. No, I'm so sorry, let me take your order. They weren't even that busy! They had a slow drive through, there was no one ahead of him in line, there is no logical explanation for why they would be so slow, especially given that location, and the time of day- Sunday at 3 pm! Who is in charge of this place? I said loudly, "you belong here my ass. Let's go." We grabbed our jackets and left angrily. To make matters worse, some guy appeared out of nowhere who could have helped, so it's not like they were short-staffed, just under staffed with people who actually work. AND the curly-haired woman who working the drive through passive-aggressively waved and said "bye" with a cup in her hand, laughing at us, like I'm acknowledging your presence now. So RUDE. I gave her the bird. I am now enjoying a delicious hot chocolate elsewhere that is not Starbucks THANKYOUVERYMUCH. Just no cake pop, and a giant waste of my time and energy, in feeling these feelings, and writing this post instead of working on my Christmas shopping list! Edit: 4 hours later I called to receive an email address for a manager. The person on the phone wouldn't it give it to me saying there was none, and asked what it was regarding. I told him I was there earlier and started telling him what happened when he asked if I was the one who flipped off his barista. I said yes I did but only because she was passive aggressive. He said no she wasn't. I said yes she was. You weren't even there. You don't know. He claimed to be there and was the supervisor but no supervisor worth their salt would lie, deny, and make matters that much worse. I needed understanding, accountability, and instead became more upset and hung up in frustration. I hate this Starbucks and even the supervisors are terrible!

All the employees are amazing. It’s new and clean, but I ordered ahead and could not get into the store because they closed off the walk in portion. So there wasn’t a way for me to get a refund because I was on the foot and not in a car. I will have to dispute this with Chase now.

This Starbucks, of all that I have went to, is the best one. Always makes my drinks wonderfully, the staff are super positive and helpful. Lina and her colleagues are wonderful and very sweet to my little sisters. They love coming here!
