Mediocre service. Staff takes 30 minutes to get a drink. The manager is very enthusiastic when it comes correcting number in front of the lot full of customers. There isn’t any greeting upon entering until you’re waiting for 30 minutes and realize everyone who come in after you received in the morning. Black Leicester mediocre location at Bas. Reminds me of why I stopped coming to this location as well.

Cold coffee not good
Gabe makes the BEST iced matcha with oatmilk. I have been to a lot of Starbucks and his is by far on another level. Fantastic customer service and friendly staff.

Two stars for the most horrible white chocolate mocha ever at this Starbucks specifically. This is my second time ordering this drink from this location. I have always ordered this drink at any Starbucks and it always comes out perfectly. However, I don’t know how this location keeps on getting it wrong. They are not putting in something and it says if I am just drinking the milk itself. They took about 10 minutes to prepare it also and I was the only one who had ordered. What is the problem?

Bathroom code is 0773, for those who don't have time to wait in line, but an overpriced water, and then get four different bathroom codes, only one of which works.
Says it’s open at 7am but worker inside said they’re open at 8am.

I have been waiting 20 minutes for my order and I'm the only person waiting on line for a drink. I placed my order 15 min before I went to pick it and 20 minutes later I arrived I'm still waiting

I entered the store and had to use the restroom. The door was locked, so I asked for the code . The on duty supervisor, Alex rudely demanded that I make my purchase prior to using the restroom. He further stated a purchase was required to use the restroom. I told him I knew that wasn't the policy. I refused to make a purchase prior to using the restroom and decided I would never spend my hard earned money in an establishment that treated its customers with blant disrespect!!! Starbucks are you so desperate to staff your stores that you would allow your customers to be treated this way by your staff? After talking to a few friends about my experience, I've learned some of them have had similar experiences. I can see your stores closing if you allow this shameful treatment of your customers continues.
