They ask for tips and if i don't give tips they make that coffee looks nasty and no test a coffee it all I ask for Venti Frappuccino crunch caramel, with extra shot of expresso and extra caramel and they give a very bad actitud,

The baristas DO NOT GET TIPS unless you slide cash across the counter to them. Tips added on the app or at the credit card machine go to corporate.

I love this Starbucks so much! I can't believe it has so many negative reviews. As a UIC student, this location is so convenient for me and I stop by regularly. The employees are always super nice to me. The drinks are great, and they always get my order right. When I ask for extra topping, they give me EXTRA!!! The place looks so cute inside and the tables are nice and clean. This Starbucks also gives out free drinks sometimes which is amazing. 10/10 recommend!!!

BUYER BEWARE..... DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STARBUCKS!!!!!! I have NEVER experienced poor service like this before. I ordered two beverages, and the order was not followed. The cups were full of warm milk and no extra drizzle in either cup. I paid for extras and did not receive them.I returned to the location this morning after working 12 hours and was informed by Yolanda (store manager) that I could not receive a refund.

The staff is wonderful, but the management leaves much to be desired. Unlike other coffee shops, employees here don't receive tips. Instead, they're encouraged to bring in donations for a third-party 'charity' corporation, where the CEO earns millions. Last week, when I tried to call the store about another issue, I found that the management has set up the automated phone system in such a way that you can't leave a message, and you aren’t even able to ring the store.

I don’t understand this location. I did a Mobile order because they always take forever to make 1 drink. Came in about 2 mins of the ready time. Wait by the pick up area. There we have just staff giggling around and just not even seeing that there may be orders that are needing to be ready. After standing then the guy ( This guys usually the cashier) see that oh there might be an order needed to be made. Simple order Cafe Latte non fat milk. I kid you not my man did not have another order ahead. Took at least 8 mins trying to make it. I knew it was going to be terrible and I was right. Just didn’t taste right at all. Idk what he did but if you haven’t been taught don’t just do it without instructions. He was struggling so much and I just couldn’t believe it. I understand college kids are working here but if you can do college you can make a cup of coffee. I’ve really started to hate coming here.

ordered black drip coffee on mobile and they took 30+ mins to make it. People who ordered in line got their orders first which is a little ridiculous.Rude when addressing about the order. I’ve worked as a barista and I didn’t even work this stupid. Making drip coffee first especially an online is like common decency bc you can just pour it.

Too many immature students working here! I asked if my matcha iced latte can be remade because the guy clearly added more scoops of matcha, then what was needed . He rolled his eyes as if I was annoying him. I just asked for a refund and left. I won’t be retuning to this location.

Every morning have breakfast from this store. The drink and food is high quality, warmed and super tasty. I enjoy the atmosphere here, a lot of students coming by and friendly staff that always help u. Once I had receive wrong order and they make me a right one with a size bigger. Love their unique approach to each customer.?? ?
