It was quick but very expensive. $9.15 for an oatmilk latte is obscene.

Poorly run

Opened late. People have flights to catch. No sense of urgency in the staff. After opening 7 minutes late, the coffee wasn’t ready.

Typical airport Starbucks. Line moved very quickly and once I got my drip coffee it was extremely temperature hot. Way more than typical airport pricing at $3.35 USD plus tax for a short drip coffee with no modifications.

I was in front of the counter for more than 5 minutes, even the staff had seen me, but she just kept playing her cell phone. And all the staffs in this store had very bad attitude that I never saw in other branches over the world… and made error of my order. This is the worst Starbucks ever! If these members don’t want to smile, they can just resign and go home! Why I need to pay to get bad service?

august 17 early 4:50 am . i don't like the way asian girl and another girl in store very very bad services .... i pay for my drink $12 dollar ...usually i just pay same drink $5 every single day i order .. but i don't say anything happy to pay .... they 're make wrong order .... i just ask them why too sweet and too much milk . they very bad talking back with customer like that ...... 2 asian girl make me feel so bad

When I order a large americano, I expect it to be filled all the way and not the size of a small. Horrible service, please do better.

Zero stars exist for places like this. The cashier screwed up my order from the start, I told them twice I wanted coconut milk in my coffee & the order still got screwed up. I then got yelled at by the woman behind the counter. The service at Starbucks in front of E11 is awful. The sad thing bf is, they had 10 people behind the counter.

The worst Starbucks ever. I had a $21 voucher. In the end I only got a water and a piece of cake, they just kept the rest. Disgraceful! The saleswoman was constantly on the phone and was a real nuisance. It was even worse for my sister: she had also ordered a cake but didn't get one. When she asked, the saleswoman said she hadn't ordered one. What a rip-off! No one should go there!

We wanted to redeem some snacks/refreshment vouchers from Lufthansa/United. The worker at the cashier was super rude. We couldn't redeem the full value of the vouchers ($21) because she kept pressuring us to finish our orders and just settled the bill saying we couldn't order more items (which wasn't true). Such an attitude! Will never go there again.

This was the worst starbucks experience I‘ve ever had. The cashier was extremely rude and always cut me of to answer her phone. I ordered a drink and a piece of cake which she charged me for. But when I went to her to ask for my cake that I haven‘t received she just told me „You didn‘t order it“ and talked to the next costumer. I will never order here again..

The workers here were very unfriendly. Did not explain wait times would be over 20 minutes. And they gave me my drink with the wrong kind of milk when i specifically ordered a milk alternative. I am lactose so i cannot have dairy milk. And proclaimed that I ordered it when I didn’t and had to go through the line again. I even tipped them.
And they were so rude for no reason.
Absolutely would not recommend. Customer service was repulsive.
