I went to this Starbucks three days ago and the cashier was nasty ??? all she did was cough in her hands and she didn't wash her hands when I said something about her washing her hands she rolled her eyes I live down the street from this Starbucks and I will NEVER come back to this establishment again, her & the other cashiers are nasty and disgusting

I have never felt so uncountable being in a Starbucks like I did here. I had a meeting with my coordinator which I never do in a place like this. Maybe I over stayed the time allowed but instead of being asked to kindly leave or to let me know there was a time limit the person in charge of shift, kept talking to other employees about us and they kept looking at us. I would have very much appreciated being told then the looks and comments they were making. I will never return to any Starbucks again. Starbucks needs to better train employees.

This location has the best employees by far, everyone that works here is friendly. The atmosphere is great. This location should be the blueprint for how other starbucks locations operate. Even when I'm on the go, and have to go through the drive-thru, the service is excellent. I feel like this starbucks is what the company as a whole should be striving for. This location seems to be making this franchise feel like a real coffee house.

i’m sitting in this line for 30 MIN now and still have 5 cars in front of me . now i’m at the window 5 more mins later and been sitting here for 3 mins waiting for him to ring me out. i’ve been a starbucks employee for three years and never had we exert rudeness like the employees showed me today and the lack of simple skills and work ethics are insane to me
