Poorly trained “baristas”. If you can even call them that. They must’ve not been paying attention during the training bc this Starbucks makes the shittiest drinks. Management please make sure they get better training and learn to follow simple requests.

It's always something with this location either they are closed or the lobby is closed forcing people to use the drive through when everyone isn't driving there

Slowest service both in store and drive thru. Today I spent 20+ minutes waiingt for a latte and iced black coffee with no way just leave and make it to work on time. Ridiculous wait for inconsistent quality beverages.

Waited in line 35 minutes just to get to the window and have the nerve to say another 10-15 minute wait, I was already late for work and being “short staffed “ is no excuse when it’s already been in business for over a year, so I left with nothing lol.

I just want to say me and the wife usually grab a Starbucks from here every Thursday lol. Today may 22, around 6:30 ish. The person who served us had an attitude. The second I said, pickup her tone changed. Have never had that happen here before. The drinks were terrible. All strawberry base and ice. Like I didn't order more than ten minutes ahead. Asked for them to be remade and came out worse (they are supposed to be strawberry again with lemonade lol. No lemonade at all.) At that point I'll just take the drinks and a headache. Disappointed.

What can I say. Love the coffee my daughter loves the cake pops. Plus you can get the same coffee for your child with out the coffee. And warm.

I went to this Starbucks three days ago and the cashier was nasty ??? all she did was cough in her hands and she didn't wash her hands when I said something about her washing her hands she rolled her eyes I live down the street from this Starbucks and I will NEVER come back to this establishment again, her & the other cashiers are nasty and disgusting

I have never felt so uncountable being in a Starbucks like I did here. I had a meeting with my coordinator which I never do in a place like this. Maybe I over stayed the time allowed but instead of being asked to kindly leave or to let me know there was a time limit the person in charge of shift, kept talking to other employees about us and they kept looking at us. I would have very much appreciated being told then the looks and comments they were making. I will never return to any Starbucks again. Starbucks needs to better train employees.
