I’m glad this Starbucks is in the neighborhood and I come here a lot. The food is always fine, but I almost always have issues with the drinks. They tend to overdo the added liquids, so the drinks end up having little to no flavor… which is what people love about Starbucks, the flavor adds to the deliciousness of the drinks. Every once in a while it’s perfect, but most times it’s not what I ordered. I just want this to be more consistent so I can really enjoy my neighborhood...
This location has the best employees by far, everyone that works here is friendly. The atmosphere is great. This location should be the blueprint for how other starbucks locations operate. Even when I'm on the go, and have to go through the drive-thru, the service is excellent. I feel like this starbucks is what the company as a whole should be striving for. This location seems to be making this franchise feel like a real coffee house.
I gave this a 3 star review instead of 1 only because of the staff members. They are bombarded with drive-thru, in-store and mobile orders and they still manage to keep their composure and provide friendly customer service. Management needs to read these reviews and hire more baristas. They need 4 baristas In the morning and at least 3 when they have their half off bogo deals! It's not the baristas fault it's Management. Please provide them with more help and training....
