Devon, drive thru staff was extremely rude. I had to ask him was he ok, then he literally waved me off as my presence was annoying him somehow, even though I’m the paying customer.

Drive thru was full, so not a problem. I parked to go inside. They had a sign saying the lobby opens at 10:30, interesting but I happened to be there right at 10:30 and the door was still locked. I went to the pick up window and they said to order through the app. Went back to my car to download the app and then they decided to open their doors. Not sure why they didn’t just tell me to wait a minute to come inside. Coffee tastes old. Not worth the hassle coming here.

Me and my husband were sitting outside the older lady with the glasses must be the manger came outside and started sweeping and there was nothing to sweep and bothered us cause all the dust came flying toward us that is so rude and ignorant no respect for the customers that is not fair

They are not really organized here… just left this location minutes ago; I walked in, waited at least 15 minutes for a caramel frappe, watched them turn out at least a dozen hot beverages on the counter, and many more for the drive thru. At least my breakfast sandwich came up after just a couple minutes. Men’s restroom key code never worked, so I ended up using the women’s restroom (to wash hands before eating the sandwich). My frappe was placed in the counter with no straw. It has a dome lid, so you can’t even get at the product. How am I supposed to consume that??? Asked for a straw and they handed me one for a tall. I ordered a venti drink. This guy says they ran out, but at this point, I think they’re lying or just don’t care.

I have given this place several chances because the convenience of its location is Incomparable to any other location. However, it’s an expensive cup of coffee and when not done right… Expensive trash!

Parking: Space for less than twenty cars on premises and a drive-thru.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible allround with no special modifications needed.

I ordered coffee in the morning through the mobile application, for which I waited a long time for them to prepare it and in the end I received coffee without caramel syrup, which I ordered with coffee and for which I paid extra!!! and I had to drink unsweetened coffee, thank you for a "good" start to the day.

I stopped by today, and they prepared my drinks wrong, not what i wanted, so I called the supervisor to let her knows, but she said by póliza if I not going back in the same day there’s nothing they can do, I lived far away from there, that is not okay, because how we are going back if we not living close by, but for me is simple by not stopping by this location anymore, disappointed ☹️

The new branch, open for three months, is clean with nice furniture and lots of parking!!
However, the downside is that the bathroom isn't well-maintained. The staff is adequate, though not particularly friendly.
