Not sure about this, but it seems like there must have been some sort of corporate take over at Starbucks because recently, every Starbucks I go to the atmosphere and service has gone down the drain. This one was by far the worst.

Your employee Kaylah tried to embarrass me when I asked for the code to the washroom. Then after I told her I ordered already she proceeded to challenge me by making me tell her the name on my order before saying the code. When I came to pick up my food she just stared at me. I gave her a chance to say thank you, nothing. To make matters worse my blueberries for my oatmeal had mold on them. I threw the food away and left.

I usually go to this Starbucks in the morning but this time I came around 1-2pm, they were really slow in the cafe but I stood at the checkout for like 5 minutes. And there were only like 3 people working. It was very annoying just standing there waiting. The barista who finally decided to take my order didn’t even apologize for the wait or anything. Didn’t have a long drive thru line either. I like the morning staff better. Cam is dope 😎

The interior was so nice! Definitely a place to go if you want to get out of the house to work, write, etc. good AC in the summer. Drinks are expensive but it is what it is

I ordered a small Carmel frap with Expresso Shot lady put a half of pinch of expresso as a shot frap tasted weak got my money back I been to plenty of starbucks never seen a expresso shot that literally look like a pinch not a shot

I’m wondering why one of the guys that works there takes up one of the prime carry out parking spaces with his motorcycle instead of parking further back somewhere in the lot.

they won't let you go to the toilet unless you make a purchase, terrible communication

Such a miserable ppl working there. I made a purchase, used restroom with pin they gave me, but went to my car stayed there for an hour, then I came in for washing my hands, and forgot that pin, asked barista, but got the answer that I need to make a purchase again! Whaaat? What a dude you have to be to not let your female customer to use the restroom again. Such a shame. Needless to say, you never see me here again, and not ever purchasing anything at that location again. Go use your damn restroom by yourself with no respect at all !
