The girls here are awesome! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with such a friendly and warm atmosphere. They even kept me updated while preparing my drink, which I really appreciated. It’s incredible how good and friendly service can instantly put you in a great mood

Never coming here again. I spent hundreds on coffee and food for the employees at my organization (Oak Street Health). I came in today because I had a bathroom emergency and just needed to use it right away. Some heavy set girl with glasses tells me that I need to buy something to use the bathroom, even after she seen me in my uniform. Like come on, my company and I come in every day to spend money with Starbucks and you can't even let me use the bathroom as common courtesy. This is awful. It's like treating a neighbor company bad. No sense of decency.

I’ve been coming here almost daily since they opened and I can say I have NEVER had a bad experience! EVERYONE here is amazing! The service is wonderful, my drinks are always top notch! The people here are simply amazing! There are not many places you go to and get amazing service and attitudes from every single person!!! Even when I’m not working in the area, I’ll stop here because I know not only will my drinks be great, but the service will start my day off right!
