I was on Friday 28th Nov & Sat 29th Nov, the lady at cashier was extremely rude, this is the worst service anyone can ask for. She even had to tell her colleague that she is overstimulated by my presence.

Short latte was almost 9 dollars. The convention center nearby has a starbucks and it is almost 4 dollars cheaper!!!

Really disappointed with the service and lack of attention to details. We ordered three drinks, and clearly said two of the drinks should be Venti size. All the drinks were Grande sized. When we complained, the worker said that we were served what the counter person had entered. We said we ordered Venti and she shrugged and couldn’t be less helpful. $26 dollars with a tip at time of order and it was frustrating.

Great baristas! I gave some of the most complicated orders and they were done quickly and with perfection. Special thanks to Courtney! I’m not sure if he’s the manager, but he should be. What awesome service and wonderful people to match. Also, a great work environment.

Ordered two drinks, one hot, one iced and some bacon egg bites. Everything was fire! The Staff were pleasant and efficient and the store was clean and inviting with many spots to sit and relax or work.

Got into store at 3:57. Rudely told by lady at counter they’re already closed in nasty tone as I’m just standing there looking at glass display after being inside for 2 min. Staff clearly can’t be bothered. Trash

This Starbucks is a mess. First off, they’re not even corporate, so don’t expect to get your employee discount here if you work at another Starbucks which is wild.

I was just trying to split my payment, nothing crazy, and this lady (pretty sure she’s the manager) comes through huffing and puffing like I’m making her life harder. She actually said, “making this more complicated than it is.” Like… ma’am, it’s literally your job. Control yourself. It’s not that deep.

On top of that, the vibe was off. They stand around talking more than they actually work, and honestly the way they act makes you feel like they’ll play with your drink out of spite. That’s not the energy anyone wants when they’re paying for a drink.

I know the owner probably won’t respond to this because it’s not a “pleased” review, but people should know what they’re walking into.

I live in the area so I was excited to get a Starbucks nearby. However, this one is regularly out of things. Currently, they have a sign in the door advertising their new horchata drink except - oh wait, they don’t actually have any. (This was around 7am but the the if the day)
I’ve noticed this with other items too. Things I try to order at my other locations (downtown and printers row) will be available, but this one doesn’t have them. Idk if this is a management issue or corporate, it just seems strange that for the amount of foot traffic they get that they would have such a limited food selection.
They also close early which I find confounding. When the first opened I thought they were ramping up but it’s been a couple of years now.

I’ve never had issues with the service or staff, it’s just their lack of options that get to me.

I had an extremely upsetting experience at this location, where I was treated unfairly and made to feel unwelcome. The barista, a Latina woman, seemed to take issue with me from the start. When I walked in, she greeted me, but because I didn’t respond quickly enough, her attitude immediately shifted. I placed my order for a Chai Lavender Latte and politely requested that lavender powder be added, which seemed to offend her.

When I tried to pay using my app, I didn’t see the scanner light activate, but she still demanded payment. I explained that I had just loaded funds and that the app should deduct the amount instantly, as it always does. She insisted that it takes 24-48 hours, which I had never heard before. Frustrated, I decided to take my business elsewhere, to which she dismissively replied, “Good.” When I mentioned calling corporate, she gave me a sarcastic thumbs-up, making it clear that she had no regard for my concerns.

The treatment I received felt racially motivated, and unfortunately, the manager’s response only reinforced that feeling. Instead of taking my complaint seriously, they offered me a $5 gift card—despite my order costing significantly more. Then, they asked if I wanted a sandwich or a drink, which felt condescending and left me wondering whether they were making assumptions about me based on my race.

This experience was deeply hurtful. No customer should have to deal with such treatment, and it’s disappointing to see corporate establishments allowing behavior that alienates Black customers.

Giving up on this location. Poor service and overpriced (yes, there is a price difference at this location relative to other locations). Baristas spend more time talking to each other than serving customers, and when they do prepare my beverage, it's consistently bad.

Mike worse worker ever. Poor service double down on lies. I had a blonde roast coffee pour over Mike we never served this drink. I told Mike you were here several when I ordered one. When I asked for refill gave me what ever he felt like and charged me. My stomach became upset when I drink it at home. 😡 I left Starbucks because of his bad service/ energy. Zero stars for Mike.
