This was a great Starbucks location with a well orchestrated team. You could tell everyone knew what they were responsible for, so the ordering and pick up process was smooth. Definitely one of my favorite locations.

I recently visited the Starbucks coffee shop and unfortunately, my experience was not as great as I had hoped. While the atmosphere was inviting, the service left much to be desired. The staff seemed inattentive and my order took longer than expected to be prepared. The summer lemonade I ordered was not as refreshing as I anticipated, and the overall taste was quite disappointing. Although the coffee met the usual Starbucks standard, the lack of friendly and efficient service overshadowed the experience. Sadly, this visit did not live up to my expectations

I like this location a lot. Door is very hard to open. But it's a really nice seating area inside for when I need to meet clients in the loop.
Fast and friendly service. It was busy but the line kept moving and drinks kept coming in quick order. Waited maybe 5 mins on a Friday morning. The music was a bit loud, but it was a good place to stop and sit for a bit and charge my phone.

Worst Starbucks ever ! Went there on July 24 at 3.30 pm ,no one in store . I ordered a frozen Pineapple Passionfruit blended drink and a frozen Mango Dragonfruit . I received two refreshers ,I told the girl that was not what I had ordered ! She then proceeded to argue with me ,telling me she rang me in and knew what I ordered !!! At no time in the conversation did she offer to remake my drinks ,even though store was almost empty . She was rude and unhelpful !!! I know what I ordered ,I gave her back both drinks and asked to be refunded ! Someone needs some additional customer training ,will not go back ! Bad customer service !

Location is okay. They seem to have problems with the side door through leading out to the exterior where it was difficult to open coming in and going out. Also, the bench/table combo along window has too little surface to do anything productive on them.

Small Starbucks location on the corner of Jackson and Clark. Friendly and helpful customer service, but they need to be better at having things in stock in order to complete certain drinks.

I ordered a toasted vanilla oat milk latte and the cashier thought they were out of oat milk. The man making my drink realized they did have oat milk and made it a point to ask the cashier why he was getting so many almond milk alternatives. He asked if I wanted oat milk and then cheerfully said, ‘Now you can have the drink you actually want! Have a nice day!’ It was very kind and thoughtful even though they were very busy. I couldn’t fully see his name tag but I think his name was DevonTa, working around 9am on 5/5/22. Thank you for the excellent service!
