Good luck waiting on your cup of coffee for 30 minutes. The employees were mad because I said I have to go to work. And they said it’s not their fault that they have a lot of orders. I asked him can. I just cancel my order she said it’s coming right up but it took me literally 30 minutes to get a cup of coffee and I was late to work.

So today I went into this Starbucks and on this warm day to get a cup of free water and the cashier informs me that you can no longer get a free cup of water unless you purchase something. I thought really on this beautiful day or during this season you have to pay for a cup of water. I was so disappointed ☹️. In 2018 while in nursing school 🏫, the Starbucks that was underground use to charge $.60 cents for the cup. Why not go back to charging for cups instead of being made to spend $5.00 or more just for a cup of water. All during the cold weather if I was thirsty while doing my walk in the community I could always stop in this specific Starbucks and get a cup of free water. Now on a day when it's almost 80 degrees no free water. Really Starbucks thanks for not quenching my thirst!

Horrible customer service! Chaotic! Decline since renovations! This is the second time I had an issue with the lady taking my order! She ordered what she wanted me to have instead of what I ordered! I have been going to this Starbucks for years and since the renovation it has gone downhill. Too loud, the baristas are in complete chaos, moving so fast they don’t even make the drinks right! Too be efficient sometimes you need to slow down and do it right. I had to get a refund so many times once I get home because my drink wasn’t right! The new people don’t know what they are doing and the people that have been working there don’t seem to take pride in their job anymore! It shows in the service and the drinks. Not going back to this Starbucks! There are plenty other ones around! This one needs a Re-boot! Horrible!

Never even got the chance to receive my drink . I waited for over 15 minutes and ended up having to get a refund while gentleman who were there before me still have yet to receive their orders . But they continued to run drive thru and make online orders for customers who hadn’t even waiting in the store for 20+ minutes for a $10 coffee. Also the girl who took my order was not one bit friendly had an attitude with everyone, and the lady who I assumed was the manager was running around pretending to do stuff but kept randomly coming out and trying to pass out online orders yet everyone in store was patiently waiting for their walk in orders . I expected them to be a bit busier due to the Amtrak but that was just insane and then the lack of communication and customer service made it even worse .

Since renovations the number of seating has significantly reduced. I came here to do some work and there were no table tops available. I'm surprised by this decision as this has been a popular Starbucks for folks to study and work. Music is still pretty loud as well. There are a number of other small coffee shops with better seating accommodations.

Went today on lunch orders 2 drinks .. I order on the app . Put the order in 25 minuets before I even got there .. when I got there only one drink was ready .. I was on my lunch so I didn’t have long to wait .. which is why I orderd more then 20 minuets early .. I waited about another 15 minuets in the store .. and I finally asked about the 2nd drink .. I got a huge attitude from the older lady “ there’s a delay and we have a lot of orders, that drink wasn’t even started yet “ that’s not my problem .. it shouldnt take close to a half hour to make a drink … and people who were just walking in where getting my their drinks .. I understand it’s busy .. but I’m explaining I orderd 25 minuets a head of time before I was even there and then had to wait another 15 minuets to not get my 2nd drink that wasn’t even started yet is a issue .. this is also not the first time this has happened at this location

This location looks like it belongs to the limestone castle across the street. It's charming outside and incredibly modernized within with a really cool soap, water, hand dryer bar in the bathrooms.
Kid-friendliness: They have a lot of outdoor seating, some I think had umbrellas for shade.

The customer service was good it just took so long for whoever was making the drinks I feel like they never have more than 2 people working there so I waited for awhile and I just couldn’t wait any more so I had to walk away even though I paid for my drink. I just feel that they never have enough people on there staff.
