The nicest, fastest Starbucks Iāve ever been to. Seriously. Everyone is so kind! Also, thereās a surprisingly good amount of space inside the cafe. I think Iāve found my new favorite place to study or cozy up with a good book.

Good luck waiting on your cup of coffee for 30 minutes. The employees were mad because I said I have to go to work. And they said itās not their fault that they have a lot of orders. I asked him can. I just cancel my order she said itās coming right up but it took me literally 30 minutes to get a cup of coffee and I was late to work.

So today I went into this Starbucks and on this warm day to get a cup of free water and the cashier informs me that you can no longer get a free cup of water unless you purchase something. I thought really on this beautiful day or during this season you have to pay for a cup of water. I was so disappointed ā¹ļø. In 2018 while in nursing school š«, the Starbucks that was underground use to charge $.60 cents for the cup. Why not go back to charging for cups instead of being made to spend $5.00 or more just for a cup of water. All during the cold weather if I was thirsty while doing my walk in the community I could always stop in this specific Starbucks and get a cup of free water. Now on a day when it's almost 80 degrees no free water. Really Starbucks thanks for not quenching my thirst!

Horrible customer service! Chaotic! Decline since renovations! This is the second time I had an issue with the lady taking my order! She ordered what she wanted me to have instead of what I ordered! I have been going to this Starbucks for years and since the renovation it has gone downhill. Too loud, the baristas are in complete chaos, moving so fast they donāt even make the drinks right! Too be efficient sometimes you need to slow down and do it right. I had to get a refund so many times once I get home because my drink wasnāt right! The new people donāt know what they are doing and the people that have been working there donāt seem to take pride in their job anymore! It shows in the service and the drinks. Not going back to this Starbucks! There are plenty other ones around! This one needs a Re-boot! Horrible!
