This is about my 20th time I came to this Starbucks, it's time I leave a review. This location their coffees are the worst. I got a cold brew and every single time, they mix their cold foam wrong. The cold foam immediately falls into the coffee. It doesn't sit on top of the coffee. I commented to one of the staff about the cold brew looked odd and I was told, "that is how it is." I even mentioned how other Starbucks location's coffees cold foam doesn't fall into the cup with under a minute. The store's location is beautiful. The parking is terrible, store is clean. The staff is okay, they can be rude at times. You can be stuck here for 10-20 minutes waiting for a coffee. I recommend only coming to this location if you're in a pinch for some coffee.Parking: Terrible, hard to get to. Little to none parking available.

Small parking with a great location. Plenty of seating. The service time has vastly improved since I had last reviewed this location many years ago.

This is my usual Starbucks and the one I will always come back to. I found my new usual order that I will get from now on. This is the best Starbucks in the area.

Service is quick and the cake pops and cookie are great to satisfy a sweet tooth. I get a coffee frapaccino so it's not as sweet as the others like mocha or caramel but still a great frothy treat. This location is a good place to work from .

Every time I go here the line is long and doesn’t move or small and never moves. The cashiers are sometimes nice sometimes rude just like any place. My biggest complaint is that most of the times I go, I annunciate my words and say ICED latte, HALF decaf. More often than not it comes out HOT and overly caffeinated. I work retail and know things happens but I am deliberate in speaking clearly. Really sucks when you just want to have your coffee before work.

The service was organized quick and very friendly. I love the music and environment , I simply enjoy this spot. I always sit in the same window spot and appreciate hardworking people all there quietly minding their business. The muffin taste fresh and my white mocha was delicious.I will of course be back to finish my books

I’ve been coming here for years now as this is my neighborhood Starbucks- the coffee is always fantastic and perfect, but my god, the music!!! SO LOUD. If you’re looking to sit down with some coffee and chat with a friend or do some work, do not come here. The music is waaaaaay too long. I even have noise canceling headphones and it bleeds through. Typing this right before I pack up and head to another Starbucks :/

Went there to meet with a friend last weekend and while we were eating a baby roach was crawling up the wall. When we asked for a refund the manager tried to insinuate that we brought the roach in. No apology no remorse no shame. Here’s a photo. I should have zoom out for store identification purposes but the manager killed the roach by wiping the roach off the wall with a wet cloth. ?
