I came to this location 7/26 around 11:30. I got a brown sugar shaken espresso with 1 pump of white mocha and a coffee cake… my drink was AMAZING!! 10/10 for me

I’m late but this was like my 3rd time coming to this location. Every time I walk in, the greeting is very welcoming. The store is clean, staff is nice and the wait wasn’t long at all. I always ask for Trina, she makes my drinks exactly how I like it. This location is definitely a 10/10.

Workers are “nice” until you ask for a cup of ice then the attitude and facial expressions come out as if it’s coming out of there checks which I don’t understand. I can see if I didn’t make a purchase and asked but I ALWAYS make a purchase and the ice be for my water it’s not like it’s for a refresher. It’s always the same black girl with the long knotless braids too

Giving 3stars because its usually 5stars when things go great.. but its been some extreme inconsistency lately and today was a 1star experience. I ordered my drink at 6:08p via the mobile app. On the way there, my notification said the drink was ready. I get there no drink; it wasn’t stolen, it was never made. The girl makes the order ALL wrong, and told me it was made wrong because of the way I ordered it, but it was never made wrong before so I think it’s the west she read it. Anyway, she remade it but extremely slowly… whatever. I left the store at 6:36p. This for sure made me late for work

I'm just tired. I ordered vanilla latte w/oatmilk. My drink taste like coffee just coffee. There is also no flavoring in it. That is the first thing they add to the cups so I'm confused and over it. I stopped going to the 71st & Stony location cause they kept giving me signature espresso when i specifically asked for blonde. Then my 2nd drink i ordered caramel drizzle and was charged for it accordingly but, no caramel drizzle. I sent that back at the window. I wish I'd tasted my drink before going home. I would have sent it all back. I'm done

I enjoyed my food and drink! I came right before they closed so they were worried about that a bit, but I was greeted well and serviced well. I got a carmel machiatto with mocha ☺️ sooo good guys. Thnx!
