My drink, and service was good, but the workers were unprofessional. They were joking around with this man, and suddenly BLASTED Disney music into the store. It was so loud, so we left.

This Starbucks used to be so nice before they remodeled it….or destroyed it to be honest. It doesn’t look inviting AT ALL! And the bathrooms now require a passcode to be able to use them! GHETTO! They legit would do that in this area because the ones further north don’t have this inconvenient feature…. They’re blasting rap music or old rap music. No sense of good customer service. I wouldn’t go back to this location…

This is the best Starbucks I've been to in the whole country. That includes various ones in Chicago, Los Angeles and Memphis areas. The service is good and they make your drinks just like you ask. When I come to Chicago this will be the only one I come to from now on.
