It’s amazing that in such a big city like Chicago you can find those places that make you feel like you’re in a small town. I visit this Starbucks nearly everyday and am treated like family by Miss Betty, Moe, and the rest of the staff. My drinks are always made perfectly and I’m always greeted with a smile and a kind word. I only wish the owner had purchased the space next door so Betty, Moe and the rest could sprinkle their good vibes to more of the neighborhood!

This location is like a home away from home. Ms. Betty and Moe treat all their customers like family (and so do all the rest). They know your order by heart when you pull up to the drive thru, if you are a repeating customer. It is the most lovely, enjoyable, professional and competent staff I ever encountered. I could go to a closer Starbucks but I go out of my way to purchase my coffee here every morning. They bring joy and sunshine even on a cloudy day.
