Good food, drinks and staff. Only lost a star because it takes about a half hour from standing in what I thought was a short line, to receiving my items, likely due to mobile orders. I wish Starbucks would get rid of mobile orders.

wow, id forgotten how bad Starbucks coffee is. I should've known better. its been about 10 years, and I was desperate for a coffee at the airport. horrible coffee. oily, soapy flavor. small wonder Starbucks business has been suffering. they've got it wrong. i think the starbucks management have forgotten what good coffee tastes like. never again. a minimum negative triple yum score!

Ordered a strawberry frappe with extra strawberry puree (which I payed for) and ended up with none at all for some reason. It looked off for a while as I regularly ordered it but didn’t realize until taking a few sips. I go up to ask if they have any to which they all reply that they didn’t make it so not their problem. Terrible service from their part very unprofessional as I also work in food service. Would not order here. Look at the difference they serve here (1st at the location and 2nd any other place)

Unfortunate that the manager and employees store their purses and
other belongings on the seats preventing passengers and (many times) their customers from using the seats as they are designed for travelers. Hard to see in the picture, but beyond the beautiful lady standing, there were 4 seats filled with personal stuff from Starbucks employees.

It is a shame that the people sitting on the ledge by the window couldn't use the seats. Not to mention a couple that walked away just prior to the photo (who actually bought something at Starbucks) had to stand rather than use the seats as they were meant to be used.

Waited 20 minutes. Asked for refund as had to board flight. Very rude male barista informed “refunds through the app”….which is not true or easy. Chat agent says cannot transfer to manager, to wait a few days for refund, and I will not hear back from anyone will just receive a refund. Horrible service, Starbucks. No culture of service/care.

Terrible service. Was not greeted when it was my turn in line after waiting several minutes to order. There is a sign that states you can mobile order but the function is unavailable. I waited at the counter to order while the employees were discussing who was going to work register, dispute a huge line. The employee making the drinks was extremely disorganized and left his counters dirty. He also answered his phone while making drinks. Very dissatisfied with the Starbucks quality I expect.

I recently stopped by the Starbucks at Chicago Airport for a coffee and snack. The coffee was brewed well, with a rich and flavorful taste. Never could have thought that Starbucks could give me the crappiest Cinnamon Dolce Latte, frankly, this is becoming very overpriced coffee….spent like $8.50 total.

Yup I’m becoming a sucker. But as of now starting to boycott Starbucks.
