A bit slow...took a VERY long time to fulfill my order of a Grande Peppermint mocha (which is delicious, by the way). I was the only one in line. I couldn't make of the reason for delay. Otherwise, SB will always be a great place for coffee...just some.locations better than others.

Really impressed at how quickly the drive thru line moves here. If I’m at Starbucks in the morning, it’s usually because I’m running late, and I know I can count on this location to get me in and out in a timely manner

Young lady By The Name of Carter Has Amazing Customer service prior to coming to Starbucks I was having a horrible day kindness goes a very long way as a flight attendant Customer service is my top priority and I must say I was highly impressed she is absolutely amazing

I asked for specific drink with no whip cream and they flipped over another cup so the whip cream is at the bottom. I asked for a full refund but they did not refunded the tip I left because it’s not a physical item. Very bad service and unwillingness to refund the tip. Great job Sam left with no drink n they took my money. Very unprofessional place.

I ordered a VEGETARIAN tomato mozzarella sandwich, and was served with random slivers of turkey on it... No tomatos, only pesto in the front half of sandwich, O i get halfway thru the sandwich thinking maybe there just wasnt as many tomatos on this one, which whatever thats fine, but then bit in to a chunk of turkey. I am vegetarian and do not appreciate the ignorance of not knowing what you are serving on your sandwiches.

Vegetarian options: This store clearly does not follow vegetarian labels on food.....

As a frequent visitor to Starbucks, I’ve always enjoyed their cozy ambiance and wide range of beverages. However, my recent encounters with their matcha drink have left me disappointed. This is the 3rd time that I have issues with this location. They do not prepare me well my drinks.
It’s like you are begging for a drink that you already paid for. As you can see the drink that they gave me it’s far away from the Iced Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matcha that they promote. Only in this location I have experience this and they always gave me an unacceptable excuse about it. So sad, this drinks are very expensive and the staff is not well trained or they do what they want with their costumers.

Experience was good ordered Americano coffee and ordered an Uber, when cab came left, much cheaper than taking cab from Airport
