Food tastes great but the orders often come out wrong. Lived here for years, been a constant issue.

Honestly, Starbucks is my go-to when I need a little escape. There's one near my place that I swear I practically live in sometimes. It's not just about the coffee (though their lattes are pretty on point); it's the whole vibe. I can sit there for hours, working on my laptop or just reading, and no one bothers me.

I've had some great conversations with the baristas, too. They're always super friendly and down to make recommendations when I'm feeling adventurous. And let's be real, sometimes I just need a reliable spot with good coffee, friendly faces, and a chill atmosphere, Starbucks is my happy place.

This is my favorite Starbucks to visit and work from. The staff is friendly and joyful to be around. They take pride in what they're doing!

Also, the music playlist is awesome! At times I have to put down my headphones to pay attention to music, which is early new wave and some disco.

On November 25, we stopped at the Starbucks near Midway Airport while on our way to pick up family members. My son, who is on the autism spectrum, urgently needed to use the restroom. We asked a barista named Chris if he could use the bathroom briefly, and we were told no, that restroom access was only permitted with a purchase.
We then asked if my son could have a cup of water, as he was thirsty and needed a drink. Again, Chris refused and stated that water was only available with a purchase. My husband indicated that tap water would be fine, but this request was also denied. Chris’s demeanor was unkind and unaccommodating throughout the interaction.
My family and I have been loyal Starbucks customers and Gold members for many years. My son, in particular, has a love for Starbucks Frappuccinos, which I regularly purchase for him as a treat. I was very disappointed by this experience, as it does not reflect the polite, welcoming customer service we have consistently received from Starbucks in the past.
If not for my son’s love for Starbucks, this experience would have led me to stop patronizing the company altogether. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to reinforce the level of service Starbucks has long been known for.

My coffee was so badrrrrrrrrr. I’m really disappointed with my experience at this Starbucks location. I ordered a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, and there was an actual coffee bean in my drink. It blended in with the ice so well that I accidentally bit into it, which was honestly shocking and totally ruined the drink. This is not the level of quality or care I expect from Starbucks. I hope the store seriously improves its preparation standards, because this was extremely unpleasant.

Taste of the drink itself was 10/10 but I asked for *light* ice not *extra* ice ya’ll🥹 Better luck next time :(

Never fails, every time I go in to pick up a delivery order, employees just look at me and don't ask if they can help me. I have to be the one to ask for help, then they have a look on their face like I'm wrong. Other Starbucks employees greet people with a good morning and acknowledge they are there for whatever purpose. I hate coming here. Yet again, well one of many. It's like I enter the merchant and everyone looks but nobody greets you like at other places. I had to wait and nobody asks if I could be helped, but they do talk to each other on their head set they have on. Then I had to tell someone that I was there for pick-ups. But management will just overlook this and whatever, if I'm wrong, prove it with better trained employees.

Subject: Disappointing Experience at Starbucks - Denied Washroom Access
Dear Starbucks Customer Service,
I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding an experience I had at one of your locations recently. As a pregnant woman, I was in urgent need of using the washroom due to my pregnancy, which includes severe nausea. When I asked to use the restroom, I was informed by an employee that I needed to make a purchase in order to do so.
While I understand that some policies require purchases, I explained to the staff member that, due to my nausea, the only thing my stomach could handle at the moment was water. I was more than willing to pay for it, yet the employee informed me that water was free. When I then asked for the water, she insisted I still needed to make a purchase.
What was even more troubling was the employee's unprofessional attitude. She was short with me and dismissive when I asked a simple question about the policy. It was clear she was not interested in helping, and her behavior added to the distress I was already experiencing due to my pregnancy.
As a loyal customer, I was very disappointed with the lack of empathy and professionalism shown. It’s concerning that a simple request to use a restroom became such an ordeal, especially given my condition. I hope that you will address this matter to ensure better customer service in the future, particularly for individuals who may be in vulnerable situations.
Thank you for your attention to this issue.

A bit slow...took a VERY long time to fulfill my order of a Grande Peppermint mocha (which is delicious, by the way). I was the only one in line. I couldn't make of the reason for delay. Otherwise, SB will always be a great place for coffee...just some.locations better than others.

Really impressed at how quickly the drive thru line moves here. If I’m at Starbucks in the morning, it’s usually because I’m running late, and I know I can count on this location to get me in and out in a timely manner
