The two ladies working the night shift, they keep chatting among themselves in foul language and barely listen to the customer’s speaking. made me wait for my coffee for a while without even starting to make it. I went to enquire and they forgot to make my order, i was the only customer at the time. Will never go back here.

this is one of the worst starbucks i have been to waited forever for my drink and they messed it up. then taking 15 more minutes to remake my drink while people behind the corner seemed unoccupied. The clientele made it seem like i was wasting their time.

If I could give this negative stars I would. On Aug 1, 2019 roughly 11 pm I have met the rudest barista ever. My daughter asked my sister and I about a particular drink, the barista yelled at her. We were just standing back (not at the counter) trying to figure out what we wanted. We walked up to the counter to purchase drinks and asked what the size or ounce of a particular cup was. She then stated very rudely \\\" that's not a size it's a to go cup.\\\" She was completely rude after we gave our order. Yelling nasty things at us. We just walked off. (Thank gosh we hadn't paid yet.) This woman seriously needs fired. So many negative reviews about her. Starbucks why do you continue to have nasty, rude people working for you???

Wow \ Came here because our flight got delayed my grandma and I wanted coffee it’s 3 am and these girls gave the most rude customer service \ Every question I had was answered in the most disgusting way. Guess this place has a reputation for bad service.

April 4th 2am She was extremely rude... I ordered a Macchiato and she never asked me hot or cold ... she made a hot one and I told her “I’m sorry I wanted a cold Macchiato”. She said “ Why you didn’t say that?” , and gave me the nastiest look... after making it, Carmel was coming out of the top and sides it was a total mess and the coffee was way to strong... idk if she was having a bad night but u don’t ever suppose to display a attitude like the one she had, I was disgusted !

Nice place and it’s probably the only place open in all of the Chicago Airport. After the horrible experience we have had at virtually everywhere else in the airport it was nice to have a good experience. It is on the main floor in front of United area.
The poor service that I’ve come to expect from a Starbucks in an airport. I still choose Starbucks for my caffeine fix because of brand familiarity and consistent quality, but it annoys me when I ask for a product that is listed on their menu, and they tell me in a snarky and condescending way that it is unavailable. On a positive side, the service area was clean and the line moved quickly.
