Had my drink made wrong, came in the next day and told them about my experience. The guy in charge was so sweet and re-made my drink with no extra charge and made sure I didn’t wait long.

In store pick up randomly unavailable even though the app says it’s available. You show up to the store to pick up your coffee in store and only the drive thru is open. Then drive thru queue takes forever.

On 3/28/25 at 5:13am I walked to the location and both doors were locked. I knocked on the window to get an employee's attention and one of the female employee's told me to go through the drive thru. I think this was very rude because I didn't have a car and it was raining outside. I walked to the drive thru window, the female employee handed my drink without my Oatmeal. I told her I order an Oatmeal, she then closed the window and told another employee to give me the Oatmeal. This is unacceptable service. First, the doors were locked, then to receive rude customer service. I will never go to this location again.

Had the worst tasting caramel macchiato! It looked like muddy water, no taste of coffee or caramel. So nasty I couldn't even drink it
They took the order wrong, and instead of offering to improve it, they began to debate. And I wanted to add something extra and they wouldn't allow me to add something extra to my order justifying that I had to return to place my order when they had not yet charged me the invoice 🙄 Terrible customer service!

Absolutely disgusting. Placed an order for a caramel brulee latte and got a poorly made drink that looks and tastes nothing like what I ordered.
Better off going to Dunkin Donuts next door.
ADDED: Starbucks CS giving me a hard time asking for a refund to be provided on a giftcard. And requesting a Bank Statement for a 6 dollar beverage as proof that this was a legitimate purchase. More reason to avoid this establishment altogether. I'll be disputing with my bank.

In the East Clearing Neighborhood on Cicero Ave just South of Midway Airport
The staff was nice and pleasant. I bought a Quad shot of espresso black with "an extra crazy amount" of whip cream. Well the lid still fit on the cup without the whip cream touching the bottom of that lonely lid. So beverage will act as food and recieve 2.5 stars for whip cream absence. Service was quick and efficient and the 3 were again pleasant..... had to shout that out one more again.
Though feeling pleasant I was also in the mood to be so trifling with pettiness so Im taking my opportunity with an establishment that serves and employees (more times than not) the people that live for the sport of petty. "True Iron Clad Olympian God like Petty that comes from generations far back in Europe where self entitlement and petty is in the DNA.....
I could keep going but my Adderall is wearing off and I'm losing interest.
For all the tip money I can not write off on my taxes... You're Welcome to every Star ' buck & Star'buck-ettes

They don't know how to make a coffee drink. The drink clearly comes with almond milk, well they proceeded to use regular milk and add milk foam to the top, I ordered online and didn't make a change, so there should've been no mistake. Smh, they need to get it together this is a very busy street, and u will not get a tip on an incorrect drink.
