The worst and slowest Starbucks I have ever been it. Service is also not nice. Third time here and same story again

Yesterday around 5pm my kids were told they couldn’t order because they weren’t with an adult. Even though I was right around the corner in target shopping. Not sure what employee lost the company easy money, but I’m sure Starbucks can figure it out. Mind your business and make the sugar drinks next time.

These ladies are not paying attention to customers! Good thing i was able to see that she gave me regular milk instead of soy milk. I SAID IT LOUD AND CLEAR. SOY MILK. SOY MILK. I CANNOT HAVE REGULAR MILK. They made the mistake TWICE! Another girl prepared with regular milk again! she even had the audacity to say it is soy when i saw her clearly pouring regular milk. I would sue your store big time if I had that regular milk.
Didnt even apologize for making my order wrong 2 x and made me wait. Disgusting customer service! Nasty attitude towards customers. They should be fired!

Told me they open at 11am but on here it says 8am. Also have never heard of a coffee shop let alone a Starbucks that opens at 11am, it kinda defeats the purpose of a morning coffee when shopping
I’ve encountered two employees at this place and both of them had an attitude, and showed no signs of being pleasant. Top it off the vibe was awful, coffee I ordered was terrible. This is my third time there, strike three they are out. Definitely won’t be going back.
It’s sad because staff members at other locations are so friendly. Whoever runs this place needs to do a better job screening these employees before hiring them. SMH!!!

Worse service ever, the employee had issues with the lids try to close twice and didn’t work and just handle me the coffee like that a complete messed, I had to leave the coffee like that and just walk away totally disgusting

The lady who took my order, didn't made my drink correctly at all. I wanted caramel brulee in it, which is why i specifically asked her if you guys have it and she said we do however she never put the caramel brulee and my coffee tasted terrible. I hope this doesn't happen next time.

I want to love this location because the people who work there have such great energy and enthusiasm, they are great kids…however…they need training or practice on how to make the drinks WELL or at least uniform to the other Starbucks locations bc right now they don’t even make a decent black coffee.
